Most recent order not recieved, after a few days I tracked the order to find out it had been left and disposed of, I went onto Elemis website and opened a chat, started communicating with Anita, who immediately advised me of the action required then promptly sent me an email explaining in detail what was required, a few days later replied again and had resolved all my issues and sent replacement products, Can’t thank Anita and Elemis enough, I purchase their products on a regular basis, and love their luxury products, I feel very grateful that they have reached out and replaced the missing products, thank you again ❤️🙏🏻

Veru efficient in responding to emails. I had a few questions about certain products and Isabelle was very helpful in answering all questions. Also one of the best skincare brands in which you see instant noticeable results (speaking for my own skin type). I wish you would restock some of the discontinued products. Nouf

I had an excellent experience with Elemis customer service. I placed an order and forgot to add a promo code, so I emailed their support team right away. The response was prompt, friendly, and they were able to honor the discount without any hassle. It was such a smooth process, and I really appreciate the efficiency and customer care. Great Service from a "Class Act" Customer Services Representative - Jannette - Much thanks!

I had an issue regarding a product I received that was damaged on arrival (the outside box being a bit bashed), I also had an issue re lack of the. complimentary samples that were supposed to arrive.Jannette in Customer Services was a total star in response - super efficient, friendly, good people skills and measure/balance - v much helped maintain my trust in Elemis as a brand

Amazing products and great customer service

I recently placed an order and did not receive the free gift . I contacted customer service and they corrected the problem and sent me the free gift. I’ve been using Elemis products for almost a year. My skin has never looked better. I love all their products but my favorite is the dynamic resurfacing facial pads. Can’t be without it. I was recently on a cruise and I noticed they use Elemis products in their spa. I love that you get free samples and full size items with some purchases.

Using Elemis products for a long time, and now my teenagers are also using it and love it! I contacted support regarding a missing items from my orders, and Shelley came to the rescue! She was very efficient and resent my products promptly. Excellent products, excellent customer service!
