I recently placed an order and, due to a momentary lapse, mistakenly entered the wrong address. As soon as I realised this, I immediately contacted Elemis. Anita answered my call and quickly put me at ease—her calm and reassuring manner helped me manage my panic, and she assured me she would do everything possible to help, whether that meant cancelling the order or updating the address.Unfortunately, the following morning, I received notification that the package had already been shipped, and it was going to the incorrect address. When I called Elemis again, I was initially informed that the error was my responsibility. I explained that I had contacted customer service immediately, but the operator was unable to accommodate the change. I was then advised that I would need to divert the parcel. While I accept that the error was on my part, I felt that there should be some allowance for customers who act promptly.Thankfully, Anita came to the rescue. She personally emailed me to confirm that the address had been successfully updated on my parcel. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a stressful situation manageable. Elemis is fortunate to have someone like Anita on the team—she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and deserves recognition for her dedication.Thank you, Anita, for your outstanding support.

Janette was great solving my customer service problem. She substituted the Dream gift for me when my 15% promo code didn’t include the new ultra smart cream that I ordered. I just got the dream gift. Amazing! Can’t wait to use everything. I’m still waiting to receive my ultra smart overnight cream that I ordered.
I love Elemis products. I loved even more when an item arrived broken, I sent an email and Olivia with customer service got back to me immediately with a resolution. She had the replacement package shipped out before I had even seen that there was a reply to my email. I appreciate companies who value their customers & what customer service truly means.
