Amazing customer service

The customer service is absolutely amazing! I was disappointed that I missed out on a product, their advent calendar, and the rep let me know that it was coming back in stock. I was able to purchase the coveted item, but in my haste overlooked a code on their website and when I contacted them again, they honored the code and were incredibly sweet and gracious.

Unfortunately, the eye product I ordered for my mum arrived empty. I contacted customer services and Katie was amazing — she quickly arranged a replacement, but when she realised it was out of stock, she called me back straight away to offer a refund or an alternative. Katie explained the alternative product clearly, and my mum was happy to try it instead. These things happen, and I honestly couldn’t fault the customer care Katie provided. She even included a lovely freebie, which was such a thoughtful gesture 🥰 Thank you so much!”
