I placed an order on 7th Aug and realised I had not put the relevant code on for the free gift. I emailed and hit a lovely reply from Jess who stated she had amended this straight away. Cannot fault the customer service at all from Jess she is a credit to your company and I will definitely be placing more orders. X
I asked and the customer service representative (Isabelle) listened, what a refreshing change not to deal with AI but a real person instead. I received a personalised skin care regimen that ticked all the boxes without costing the earth. Perfect!
I’m a returning customer but when I received my latest order, the £70 free gift was missing. I emailed Elemis and Jess immediately responded, explained there was a glitch in the system, and arranged high priority delivery of the missing gift. Excellent service, thank you.
I made a mistake at checkout and didn’t enter the code to redeem a free gift with Elemis. After the payment processed I immediately realised my mistake and emailed their customer service.Isabelle reached out later that day to let me know that she had kindly updated the order so that I would receive the free gift with my order.Thank you so much Isabelle for being so kind and helpful.
Update on issues with Elemis is that I had to investigate the very large VAT charge on my order. DPD informed me that Elemis listed in their pro-forma invoice the free gift which was valued at €50! Basically I was charged VAT on a free gift. Customer care in Elemis didn't investigat and basically informed me that they were sorry it was confusing me but that VAT was correct. It clearly was not.
I’ve bought from Elemis many times, but in my most recent order I was accidentally sent the wrong item, I emailed straightaway and I’ve never received such prompt and friendly customer service before. A woman called Jess picked up my query and she was so helpful and resolved the issue straight away. Great work!
I was very concerned about a text received overnight requesting further details of my address before the company would deliver my order. Early morning I contacted Elemis and was delighted to receive a prompt reply from Olivia who reassured me that this was not from them or the company they use for delivery.
