Brilliant service from this company…

Brilliant service from this company while I had my juke. Well worth the service plan as it saves on costs. They were very helpful when I had to cancel as I sold the vehicle. I would definitely recommend using the service plan.

Great company

Great company with an excellent customer service. I had a problem with the garage I bought my car from as they set up a service contract with EMac but they gave them the wrong number this was sorted with very little effort.

Very disappointing experience with EmaC insurance

I am extremely disappointed with EmaC and the complete lack of responsibility they take for the companies they work with. I pay my insurance every month, yet when a serious problem occurs, there is absolutely no support.I reported an issue with Halfords, a company EmaC cooperates with, which failed to carry out the service I am paying insurance for. The service took over 6 hours, was not completed in full, and to make matters worse, my car somehow gained 4 miles while it was supposedly just sitting in the garage.Despite clearly reporting poor workmanship and unfulfilled service, EmaC did absolutely nothing. No investigation, no assistance, no accountability. They simply washed their hands of the issue.In my opinion, EmaC should take responsibility for the third-party companies they choose to work with. If they outsource services, they should also stand behind the quality of those services. At the moment, it feels like the only thing EmaC is good at is taking monthly payments — support and customer care are completely missing.I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects real help when something goes wrong.

Don’t waste you money

Paid 750 for a plan with Volvo for cosmetic works and alloys for 3 years with eMac . Wish I didn’t Took over 6 months for contract to come through Been trying to get someone out to do some works off the plan on some scratches on my car since July now October not had anyone out yet They did book a 3rd party in my area for the other week to visit who was a no show Don’t waste your money

I had a telecon with one of the team members, he was polite and very helpful, I always have a good service from Toyota, I am a Toyota fan, we have two cars and very happy with the cars and service. Wonderful staff, very efficient and helpful

Very easy to deal with. Phone answered promptly. Explained I was selling my car and no longer needed my service plan. Was told I would be due a refund and how much it was. Very happy with service.
