After having the cup for 1 week my daughter dropped it from less than 1 foot from the ground and the insulated cup broke into 2 pieces. She is not rough on cups my any means and this is the only cup that she has ever broken. When I inquired about the damage all I was given was an explanation of how they are unable to prevent damage such as a cup being dropped. Since this was a child's cup one would think that they did drop tests. I just wish they stood behind their products better.
First of all , there customer service is too bad. I tried to get in touch with someone from last few days but no one is available. After waiting for good 30-40 minutes they show the other message to email them and stuff. I purchased the glass bottles set that comes with slow flow. We didn’t know about it and spend around $30-$35 for it. After we use it , it was so slow that my baby is not even getting his feed properly. I contacted them after 4-5 days they reply back saying nothing they can do. You have to purchase the new nipples with different flow. I asked them to send me the sample as I don’t know which one work for my baby. I was using Philip avent bottle and I never had any issue with it before. I don’t know why even I consider to purchase it.
