Do not buy from epartsfast.com. They sell cheap products and have no return policy. Sold me a poorly constructed heating element which broke on installation. No response to my request for a refund. They only take back parts in new condition and will only send a replacement. No refunds.
I gave them the model number of my dryer. They picked out the parts that were supposed to fit. They sent them to me. They did not fit. I tried to get a refund or exchange for the correct parts. They said no refund or exchanges. All sales are final. I am out $52.90. Please stay away from this company.
I ordered a strike / latch combination for my Electrolux washer / dryer. The product lasted two months and they would not replace. I do laundry once a week so, it's not opened and shut very often. Trash product. Trash company. Trash customer service. Buyer beware.
Absolutely worst return policy ever. Buyer beware. Ordered ice maker by model number. When it came it didn't fit. They sent me thier return policy and being that I opened the package to look at the item they will not refund my money. Never installed but completely the wrong part and now I'm out 80 bucs.
They show authentic parts and state OEM parts. This is why I bought from them. However what I received was the same cheap parts available on Amazon for less than half the cost; not what was pictured. After I complained they invited me to return it and pay a 25% restocking fee along with return shipping. Note there is no support number for this site; you can only communicate through a web page. Read their terms carefully. They state 100% satisfaction and I'm sure they were 100% satisfied. But I am not. In fairness the shipping was fairly quick but not as fast as say, Amazon.
Ordered 3-part kit for Whirlpool dryer, using exact model number. When received, one part (thermal fuse) was completely the wrong shape, would never have fit. The other two parts (thermal cut-off, thermostat) did look okay. The problem with the dryer ended up being the element. Replaced element, but "while I was at it" I replaced the two sensors. Dryer worked for several cycles, then stopped heating up again. Upon re-opening dryer, the new thermal cut-off part failed (open circuit). Replaced "new" parts with the original ones and dryer has been working for weeks since. This company obviously sells worthless junk, offers no warranty, then implies it's "your fault." Order from them and your installation time will be wasted because you will have to re-order/re-install the same parts from a more reputable vendor.
They offered faster shipping for extra money of course. My part was supposed to be here Monday feb 22 and it’s now feb 25 and their hasn’t even been an update. I contacted them and they blamed USPS & Covid. They couldn’t even tell me where my package is. I would definitely recommend purchasing from another company!!
