Review Time
I ordered a dryer heating element and paid an extra $20 to have it shipped 2-day express. It's currently been 18 days since it shipped and still no part. Epartsfast.com does not have a phone number listed and does not respond to email correspondence. The USPS said the package was shipped regular Priority mail (not 2-day express!) I would not recommend ordering from them.
Wrong part was sent. Contacted company via email, which appears to be the only way to contact them. I was clear on what happened and their email reply was that my part was delivered. In my opinion there is no useful customer support. Aviod this company like you would avoid the plague. It seems like it is a robot answering your email. Stay away from this company.
Sent me a heating element without the housing after I put the correct model number in for the dryer. (which calls for the housing) Then wants to charge me for shipping again to return a part that was incorrect. Poor customer service. I won't do business here again.
Wrong parts delivered, must return unused parts for 75% of their value. I will have to pay return shipping on my own. One of the parts delivered is a plastic cup that couldn't cost more than 2 dollars, the least expensive item on the order was $20. It's a scam. I won't order from here again.
This company should be avoided at all cost, bad communication bad customer service, and the wrong parts junk parts with expensive prices, they don't deserve even a one star, they don't provide a contact number because they know they going to get a pot of a callback, they don't respond to the emails, shame on you 😡
Ordered a heating element from them and it arrived all bent up and went to email them about it and they answered my first email but after that no more contact with them , so ended up buying one local , I would have not even given them a 1 star but you have too , to get a review out , becareful of dealing with this company!!
