Review Time
I wish I had read the reviews before hand. I ordered a replacement part for my washing machine and the part was never delivered. When I opened up a lost mail ticket with USPS they said that the package in question didn't have a complete address and couldn't be delivered. When I followed up with eparts fast they just kept sending me the USPS tracking number and the delivery status (which I explained 3 times was not the case). They have since stopped responding to my emails. I don't leave reviews often, but these guys should be avoided at all costs.7/13/22 update - I sent them documentation proving the item was never delivered. No refund, no replacement item. These guys are crooked. No Duty, No Respect, No Honor, No Integrity. Should be embarrassed to market themselves as a "veteran owned business".
I could not have asked for better or faster service with Epartsfast!!! My dryer is up and running like new with the parts package I ordered and received within 3 days from them and the price was 1/3 what Samsung or Sears were asking for just one part. Maybe Covid had something to do with other bad reviews, but I am one happy, happy customer !! Thank you!
This company is wholly disreputable, despite advertising themselves as a "veteran owned business". They make false presentation of their parts as being OEM and then send the customer third-party, inferior junk that you can purchase anywhere.I bought a bearing kit for my Maytag washer because it appears to be a genuine Whirlpool parts kit, based on the Parts Fast photo. IT IS NOT. It's the exact same, no-name kit that you can purchase from Walmart for one third of the price. Specific problems included: 1) there were no instructions included, 2) the adhesive is completely generic and is NOT the genuine Whirlpool 279368 adhesive in their picture, 3) the grease is a silicone lubricant for pool equipment, not a quality grease like in the Whirlpool OEM kit, and 4) there was an extra (second) washer in the kit which was confusing without the instructions. At first, I decided to use the kit as-is to get my washer fixed in a timely manner on the weekend. Once installed, I then decided to purchase a genuine Whirlpool kit from my local appliance store and removed the rip-off kit from epartsfast.com. Of course, Parts Fast would not accept a return of their cheap, common, and non-OEM parts.
Ignore any promises of delivery time, they are not genuine.Needed a part by Friday which ePartsFast offered on their website. Amazon, which was much cheaper, offered shipping for Monday. Due to the urgency of the repair I opted to pay more for the ePartsFast product. It is now Sunday and the tracking is showing FedEx has no intention of delivering today either. Any complaints will be met with empty apologies and a speech about how they can't control their delivery partners. That's fine, but it's not FedEx that just lost my business.
Ordered 2 parts kits, neither of them had the right parts. I contacted the company about the issue and all they said was they are correct. If I wanted to return the incorrect items I was responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. It seems like their business model is in restocking fees.
Epartsfast should be epartsslow. I ordered on a Saturday. Their website said I would have it by Wednesday. I paid $9.99 extra for expedited shipping to insure that I would have it by Wednesday. They took their time getting to the USPS and now it won't arrive until Friday. They refuse to refund the $9.99. Stay away from these thieves.
