Review Time
This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. After multiple visits, they claimed they couldn't find parking. My television was returned with a warped screen after being off-site for repairs, and the company denied any wrongdoing.
Working with this company has been frustrating. My new television has had issues, and I had to mediate between the manufacturer and this service, with everyone providing conflicting information. They offered to fix it if I sent it away for weeks, while the manufacturer promised a home repair, leading to confusion.
They are worst company and domestic and general like using them as third party repairs. They took my vaccum cleaner for same repair twice and kept it with them for 3 weeks and even after complaint both domestic and genaral and them didnt care or resolve the issue had to buy new vaccum cleaner and when told them dont want it dispose it they shamelessly delivered it to my property and left it. Plz avoid this company if you can i doubt they know what they are doing.
Came out and fitted a new TV Main board 4 days later TV gains same problem as before? Almost like they fixed the problem temporarily well they was there so they could sign it off to be paid reported to TV manufacturer they booked in another job but Equinox want to replace a 4 day old main board 🤦 sure they claim every issue is the main board biggest scam in the book!
I have read many of the previous reviews, but I can only comment on my own experience. My appliance was collected on time by a cheerful driver and taken to Equinox for repair. I was very quickly told that it needed a new part and it had been ordered. Immediately after receiving the new part my appliance was repaired and I was informed of the return date. It was delivered back to me, at exactly the time quoted, by another cheery driver, and was exceedingly well packaged to prevent physical damage in transit. At no time did I encounter a rude or unhelpful member of staff and am totally happy with the whole experience, end to end.
Unprofessional staff that constantly lie and fob you off! I was assigned this company by D&G for a TV repair which never happened! 4 weeks I waited for a backlight to be ordered and they couldn't even manage that? I constantly chased them about this, and was fobbed off with " I'm escalating the order" which they never did, and no one ever returned my calls....the only time they ever called me, they put the phone down when I answered? All I ever got was altermated watts app messages which made no sense. I finally gave up with this company and called D&G direct, and they couldn't have been better! They sorted out my TV in 1hr which Equinox couldn't do in 4weeks. I can't recommend D&G highly enough, I've been with them over 25 years and they've always been excellent in their customer service. Don't let these fools make you change insurers.
Would give Equinox 0 if I could. Their communication was terrible, as they scheduled appointments whenever they wanted, and then canceled them just as easily, with no regard for my time. When I tried to get help, their phone support was completely unhelpful. Instead of resolving my issue, they dragged it out for months. TCL were equally useless. TV was returned unrepaired. Will never be buying TCL and using these people!
