They are extremely unhelpful, i sent my vacuum for repair and they send me back the vacuum after a 1month and they fixed it with old vacuum parts and it’s all broken. And when i spoke to the customer service they where very unhelpful and had to get manger and he said he will sort it out and I sent the vacuum back and it’s been 2weeks now and we r still waiting and when trying to call the manger, the manger is not answering. So please dnt go with them. They are extremely worst customer service
DO NOT USE - I was told that they would only collect our TV when the part was in. They collected my TV and had it for 3 weeks, every time I phoned they claimed they were still waiting on the part. One occasion they told me it would be delivered and no-one showed, I am heavily pregnant and do not need the extra stress! To top it off, when they actually delivered my TV back, they didn't deliver the plug! I phoned and they said they will send it in the post..... we shall see! Never again. Not one apology either.
very very bad service, i have a cracked screen in my tv, i phoned them several times, keeps giving me the same excuse, waiting for the parts to come in, ive be waiting over a week, and their still giving me BS, i swear i will never use this company again...
They can't fix TV's and they can't deliver TV's.Had my TV fixed by the twice so far and waited in for a day the second time for it not to be delivered as promised. I will escalate with Philips and do everything in my power to have the removed as a preferred supplier.The service from this organisation has been non existent and unbelievable.
Useless bunch of muppets fixed a 55” Phillips ambilight tv with black screen of death issue under warranty.. took 4 weeks to collect it, they damaged the frame because the bloke that collected it was a fat handed tw@, someone else bought it back damaged which then took a further 5 months to fix the damage.. 3 months later the same original black screen of death issue comes back because they didn’t fix the problem properly!. This time they won’t fix it because the bodge repairs they do aren’t covered by warranty.. they don’t even have the balls to talk to me on the phone.. they haven’t realised I’m only 30minutes down the road so will be dropping in later this week. If you’re told you HAVE to use this company for warranty work I suggest you seek legal advice and insist you get a proper company to fix your property.
This company is absolutely shocking my advice to anyone is stay away from. They will happily lie to you down the phone or hang up as they can’t be bothered to lie to you. They scheduled 6 appointments with me and turned up to none of them. Only to be told the party has gone missing on every occasion. Please take my advice do not use them 2.1 star average says all you need to know 55% rated 1star.
I contacted Phillips about a faulty TV on the 4th of December- I was told that Equinox would be in contact to arrange a pickup- so far to date I have been contacted 6 times(one of those times was december 31st which was not the most convenient but i still agreed and wasted my whole new years eve!), each time Equinox have let me down and failed to pick the item up as scheduled.The one time i managed to get through on the phone I spoke to a young girl who asked for all my details, put me on hold for 15 minutes, and then when the phone was finally answered it was by the same young girl who then put me back on hold again!After another 10 minutes the same girl answered the phone for a third time and said "we have schedualed another pickup for tomorow PM"- and that didnt arrive either!Now almost 6 full weeks after my first contact, I am of the opinion that I wouldn't trust Equinox with my property even if they actually did decide to finally come and pick it up....I doubt I would ever get it back!!!absolute joke of a company and looking at the other reviews on here its a shock that they are in buissiness!
Tv was authorised for repair on 1st December. I received an email saying they would be in touch when the parts had been dispatched from the manufacturer. Three weeks later still no contact so I spent an hour on hold before I got through to speak to someone. Since then three appointments have been made. The first they cancelled on the day. The second they just didnt turn up, the third has just been cancelled the day before. I give up.
After being referred by domestic and general to equinox for my tv repair I was sceptical based on other reviews. However, I received text and email details on the same day outlining the process. I received a call back the following morning to discuss the damage. Within 2 hours I had received notification that the tv would need to be replaced as written off by the insurers. Later that day my insurers contacted me via email to select a new replacement model. And the morning after that I received a call from John Lewis to confirm the delivery slot over coming days. Overall from what was a very traumatic Christmas day accident, equinox, d&g and John Lewis all receive top marks for turning this around so quickly, particularly with the time of year!
