Absolute joke claimed for my Tele been passed about phonecalls for 6 days literally just spoke to someone called Vincent who was about to deal with my claim after the serial number keeps getting lost then I get a txt messages saying my claim was cancelled JOKE customer services have no record of phonecalls
An absolute nightmare and complete shambles of a company. I've had to unfortunately deal with these multiple times now, both due to a warranty claim with Philips.The first time, after 2 months of replacing parts and trying to fix the television set (they never did) - I managed to get a replacement direct from Philips.Fast forward another year and the TV is faulty (again). This time it needs a new screen, apparently.Once again I'm handed over to these clowns by Philips. 3 and a half weeks in and 2 failed engineer visits later still no working TV.Each time your engineer fails to turn up - it's another 3-7 day wait as they put you on the 'next available slot'.Oh and over an hour just to get through to customer services (who by the way, have no intention or care for providing customer services).How these lot are still in business I will never know. Do yourself a favour, save yourself the stress, run far away.
Dreadful. 3 engineers tried to fix T and issue with screen. One of whom ripped the back casing off, damaging the internal clips so it wouldn’t attach back on correctly. He then tried to hastily cover up his error but the back fell off again as he was leaving, at which point he admitted what had happened. Next engineer asked why I had done this and tried to blame me for damaging the back casing! They eventually managed to replace the screen and repair the damage caused by their engineer. However, the last engineer left deep scratches on the brand new screen meaning we were back to square one. I reported the scratches to customer services, who were incredibly unhelpful and accused me of scratching the new screen in the 15 minutes it had been since the engineer left my home. Told me I had to put a new claim in for damage with John Lewis Insurance and go through the whole ridiculous rigmarole again.
