returned unrepaired and kept it quiet

my equipment has been returned unrepaired. I was not informed about it till I started using it again. Email sent to Equinox and I got the reply oh we decided to send it back unrepaired and not tell you about it because you did not give us a charger. Well charger was there when the driver was picking up my vacuum and he gave it back to me saying they had it the the warehouse.Sorry I am canceling my DD tonight

The company were sent my camera for repair from my insurance policy. The company kept me up to date and was very professional. I contacted them several times and they always responded quickly. Very pleased with this company.

financial ombudsman…

I am complaining to the financial ombudsman!!!An engineer came to my home, dismantled the LG TV, and said he had the wrong parts. I immediately complained to D&G (Which they did not log).Since then, I have had three visits and have dedicated time to wait around all day for a visit. They even had the audacity to take a picture of my door! As if that's proof, they called me withheld ONCE, so they can also use it as proof.I have written a complaint/resolution letter to D&G and Equinox (3rd party). If my TV is not replaced, I will continue my fight with assistance from the wonderful ombudsman.Thank you all for your reviews. I began to feel victimised by these scammers, but now I know I am not alone.

LG has after sales warranty repair…

LG has after sales warranty repair agreement with Equinox as third party in the UK which i have had fast solution with them. Contacting LG customer services is much worse than contacting Equinox because LG customer services agents have no emphaty and they are cheap and unprofessional agents located in Philliphines, they think the service we UK people should recieve and consumer rights as low as in Philliphines. However, whenever i email Jemma from Equinox, she replied my emails in 24 hours. For LG TV repair process, technician Mr. Ahmed Ali visited my flat and he tried his best with friendly manner but the replacement part sent by LG is also faulty at the end of the day some people blames Equinox but in most cases LG is responsible for delays or repair parts as LG provides replacement panels and other parts. It is not on Equinox hands to select a replacement part so whatever LG supplies Equinox, they use. Some people here swearing using bad language that would not solve your device's problem, instead you will be ignored by everyone not only from Equinox, i personally think.During home visit i was being very helpful with hospitality to Mr. Ali Ahmed. Therefore, we got positive results quicker from Equinox. Faulty TV is written off and will receive up lift number from LG in a few days time for starting return process. We should never forget that "positive vibes gives you positive results".Thanks Jemma, Ahmed Ali and Equinox team.

Booked vax hoover repair via EQUINOX…

Booked vax hoover repair via EQUINOX .Repair was sent out twice for same fault. It kept coming back unrepaired. Stay away very bad experience. First repair was booked on 04/11/24 it went back for repairs on 05/11/24. Come back to me with same fault on 19/11/24

Failed TV Repair

Equinox conducted a repair on a Philips TV I purchased that had developed screen issues after a few months.The new screen that was fitted had clear dark patches on it and upon contacting both Equinox and Philips I was informed nothing would be done about this.Genuinely awful service and I would not trust this company with any repair or any help afterwards.

First class service

After some initial 'problems'with requests to identify a model number, ( mum disabled and in wheelchair) a young man - Emmarjan - visited my 91yr old mother with regard to a repair She is housebound and lives far from me He was wonderful. Patient, kind, empathetic and his services went way above and beyond his basic brief. WE could not praise him more. He deserves great recognition. A first class service.

Company MD is cow boy all he cares about is buying himself a new lambo , starting from MD to all staff bunch of rude entitled people , company tells customer and contractor’s who they have contracts with that they use new parts load of rubbish used parts are being used

Terrible company

My 4k player broke; the drawer won't open. I sent it away to Equinox to fix, and they sent it back broken with more scratches and the same fault. When I complained, they simply sent the engineer's report stating all was fine. I even offered to send them video footage of me trying to get it to work after they refunded it, but they offered no help. Avoid them at all costs!

Excellent Service

My LG OLED TV sadly had an issue 4 months in from new (line of pixels failed). I contacted LG and they passed the repair to Equinox. Got to say, the communications were really good and Connor came out bang on time to repair my TV which entailed fitting a new panel. I was honest with him; the issue had become intermittent. Connor did the right thing and phoned base and the conclusion was to go ahead. Connor was excellent; polite, chatty, motivated and positive. Fixed my TV in about 45 mins. Really good experience. Give him a raise!!! Overall from reporting to fixing took a week and that included getting the part so it's a good turnaround. I was doubtful I would buy another LG but this experience has prompted me to buy another OLED TV. Many thanks.
