Review Time
My only concern was that I did not receive an email giving me a day or xxx a time frame of when my parcel would be delivered.
I wasn’t home and the driver used his initiative and left my parcel in a safe place.

Still waiting for my parcel to be delivered?! I didn't expect it to be delivered today and it now looks as though it won't be! I hope it isn't one of the parcels that have been dumped somewhere and never get delivered! This parcel does contain plants so if they arrive dead or damaged I will demand compensation.
The delivery man is excellent however, the company he works for is poor, in particular communication, numerous false statements sent, it's out for delivery,it's been delayed, it's coming later, it won't be delivered today!
What's the point!!
Evri have been better since the brand change but unfortunately this relates to a Charlotte Tilbury delivery where I paid additional to get it in time for Christmas and it was lost by Evri! Not the first time this has happened with them. Charlotte were great and reposted the items but it came well after Christmas
I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Evri.
My parcel has shown inconsistent and contradictory tracking updates for over a week. At one point it was marked “Out for delivery,” yet nothing was delivered. The tracking then reverted back to being processed at the depot. It has never reached the locker I redirected it to, despite being told it would.
The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of accessible customer support.
• The live chat system does not accept my delivery postcode, meaning I cannot even begin a conversation.
• The automated phone line does not recognise my tracking number when entered.
• There is no clear way to speak to a human being.
This effectively leaves customers locked out of support.
The tracking updates provide no clarity, no realistic delivery date, and no accountability when delivery deadlines are missed. Being told to “check tracking” repeatedly is not helpful when the tracking itself is unreliable.
I understand that logistics can be complex, but what is unacceptable is a system where customers cannot speak to anyone when something goes wrong.
Until Evri improves both transparency and customer access to real support, I cannot recommend using this service.
I never use Evri due to parcels being lost or not delivered in the past.
I ordered something from eBay but did not realise that the seller used Evri for delivery. The moment my parcel was not delivered, I just knew it was an Evri issue. The item was dispatched on the 16th of February. It's now the 22nd of February, and it still has not been delivered.
I have opened an investigation and am still awaiting a response or delivery. I will give it a few days and will request a refund from eBay.
My parcel keeps getting left on my doorstep, luckily I've been at home to retrieve it before it gets stolen when I get a delivery email. No one knocks at the door, very disappointing. Happened too many times. Evri are supposed to attempt delivery 3 times, not leave it at the door without knocking.
The positive reviews on here must be absolutely fake to see that most people are generally satisfied is absolutely untrue. This company has been so bad that it has even been on the news and even MPs have written to them. I have had many problems with them in the past where my products have not arrived to my home address and a photo was taken showing a place, which was completely different to where I lived. You cannot contact anybody, there is a artificial intelligence robot which is not helpful whatsoever, there is no accountability no way to complain and they just don't care. Even the people here who replied to your negative reviews are the same people but they just change names occasionally. Unfortunately Amazon use this appalling company, I have just gone on to their website to see where a drop off was as I need to return an item and even that is difficult to navigate.
The recent driver John is absolutely fantastic..after recently having hip surgery answering my door has become much slower I asked him to give a little extra time,he's exceeded that by dropping my parcels inside my door,absolutely fantastic other drivers could learn from him I've never before given full marks for delivery John is fantastic..😊
