Dear Customer Support,

I am writing regarding a delivery issue that has caused significant concern.

Before leaving for my holiday, I specifically instructed that my parcel be delivered to my neighbour. However, the delivery photo shows that the parcel was left at my doorstep instead. Unfortunately, the parcel is now missing.

Leaving the package at the door, especially when delivery instructions were provided, has created an obvious security risk. As you can appreciate, an unattended parcel makes the property appear unoccupied and increases the likelihood of theft.

I would appreciate your urgent assistance in investigating this matter and advising on the next steps.

Couriers cancel deliveries on a whim. Had an update to say "out for delivery" then when i checked AFTER it was due it said "sonething went wrong courier will deliver next working day"
Same the day after. Only after an email to "customer services " did it get delivered. No response from the CS of course. Absolute sham of a company

Have to say I haven’t had the best experience in the past with Evri. One even reversed into my fence

Have to say I haven’t had the best experience in the past with Evri. One even reversed into my fence post and broke it and despite me asking for info just drove off. But my courier guy I have now is professional and 100% better.
Would say do not reverse in my small driveway I’m tired of having to block it when I’m expecting a parcel

I paid £100 for 12 items that I bought from ali express and they were sent by combined delivery in the same evri parcel. No problems until the delivery arrived at the depot in Bolton, I was told it would be out for delivery then told it had been delayed and would be delivered the next working day. A few days passed so I messaged evri to see what was going on and they replied to say they would deliver it as soon as they could so I waited more days and asked them if they had lost it to which they admitted they had. They told me to ask for a refund from the sellers as they were not willing to give anything for their mistakes. So I messaged each seller and they messaged me back to say they can't refund me as the tracking still shows in transit. I messaged evri again asking them to change the tracking and they said it's not their department but they will get in touch with the correct department to change it. A month later and I have emailed the CEO of evri and put a dispute with Resolver and still no change of tracking and no refunds from the sellers. Terrible service from evri just losing a parcel with £100 of my stuff in. Only a few week before they broke a Galileo thermometer and I had to get a refund from the eBay seller. About a year ago I sold an oscilloscope that looked like it had been kicked about and hit with a bat and they would not refund me but I had to pay out to the buyer despite it being well packaged and paying insurance on the parcel Evri don't take responsibility for their mistakes and I will avoid using them in future where I can.

I am so sorry that the couriers are under such time constraints that they can't even ring my doorbell. The way I knew this delivery had arrived was via email. Opened my front door... and there it was. In full view of all walking past my property. Watched door bell camera footage to check - and no attempt to knock or ring, just the photo taken of parcel leaning against my front door. 😕

Honestly rate Evri if they continue to grow and employ honest people I hope they take over Royal Mail in the UK or Post Nord sweden I’m sure they could a better job than is right now. I’m also very happy to say my mother and other elderly members of my family who use Evri are very pleased especially with with returns. Keep up the great work.

absolute awful company anyone can use! expecting a parcel since sunday! no update on app! no call backs as stated! disgusting customer service! at night i get an email saying sorry we could not deliver, will try again next working day, then nothing! no update no email from evri!! i will never order from a company that only offers evry as a delivery service! this is my 4th parcel i am having to chase! teri le how they have 4 starts on her is beyond me!

Honestly, I know people complain about Evri but my local courier is brilliant. Always leaves my parcels in the safe place as requested and I’ve never had an issue with delivery times in my area. Much better than some of the other budget options. Cheers!
