Honestly, I know people complain about Evri but my local courier is brilliant. Always leaves my parcels in the safe place as requested and I’ve never had an issue with delivery times in my area. Much better than some of the other budget options. Cheers!
this is the second time a parcel has gone missing how can they lose a two foot square box containing an ev charger tracking no is a waste of time all it says is they have got the parcel running behind original estimate friday 6 Feb???
No stars! Richard our evri driver never delivers when he should and last night didn't even attempt delivery but he said he did but we waited up for him . He never delivers within the time frame and always too late at night. evri don't do a thing and it's impossible to speak to a person only a chat bot. I tried calling I get nothing I message I get a chat bot! They will reply to this giving me a number to call but you never get to speak to a human all I want is to complain to an actual human and Richard get some consequences for his actions .
Evri stole my parcel and won’t own up to it.
They tried to delivery to the wrong address and the parcel go refused.
But they still marked it as delivered. When I complained all they said was sorry it went missing we’ll talk to the team about it. But I had to contact the supplier.
But never got back in touch with me. And then had the cheek to say it was delivered to sports direct. So now they won’t do anything ether.
It’s ridiculous. Luckily there’s Ring door bell so will get a copy of the ring doorbell so I can prove they stole my parcel.
I’m angry that one the won’t tell me what’s happening. Wording there emails to take 0 accountability. And two they just point blanked liked to cover there backs.
What an absolute joke. A delivery company that steals your goods.
If you can find out who your courier is when placing an order I would suggest you avoid if the courier is Evri, I have very rarely had items delivered when they are due to arrive via this courier and no substantial customer service. By far the worst out there.
Though Evri has delivered in a great way so far I had no updates on my lost parcels. I had to raise 2 quiries and push for updates. They told me they will inform the seller but they didn't. I had to ring the seller. The whole process took two weeks. Another frustrating thing is that they say tge Next day deliver can take 2 days. Well, in this case you can call it Quick delivery (in comparison with 3-5 days delivery) but you can't call it Next day delivery it will take 2 days!
update so been waiting for this item for 18 days and they have not been able to deliver they send it back and they seller gets it back it first attempt they are now having to repost with royal mail, Evri in our area are so useless the courier is the worst
how bad can this company and works be so been waiting 18 days had about 20 emails its being delivered oh no could not deliver, its going back to sender blah, blah, blah. Today it was finally delivered NOT cant find it anywhere so go into tracking put in postcode and postcode not recognised
Never have issues with this delivery service but I wish our driver would ring the doorbell! He literally knocks, dumps the package on the doorstep and runs. I know they're probably under really tight deadlines but a small moment of customer service wouldn't go a miss... I constantly get emails asking me to rate my delivery driver too but when I don't actually ever see him, it's a bit hard to comment
Scammers of the year!
For months now, I have not received a single parcel delivered by Evri. It does not matter where I place an order—if Evri is responsible for the delivery, it never arrives.
I only receive repeated messages about delays, followed by complete silence. Complaints are ignored, and it is practically impossible to contact them or get any meaningful response.
This is not an isolated incident but an ongoing issue, and the lack of accountability and customer support is unacceptable.
I am astonished that this company is rated so highly based on my experience of a number of missing, misdelivered or delayed parcels. I cannot understand when the items are directed to my local parcel shop they still manage to lose the deliveries.
I am chasing two items which were claimed as delivered but have now been declared missing by Evri. I now have to use my time to pursue the senders despite Evri being responsible for the loss.
Another delivery today, inexplicably delayed and likely it too will go missing whilst claiming to be delivered.
I have no problems with Yodel, Amazon, Next or Parcel Force only Evri.
If I could use any other company I would, Evri are beyond doubt the very worst for losses, punctuality and customer service.
A further update.
A 4th parcel has now also inexplicably not been able to be delivered on 17-Feb. So I have now not had delivered nearly £200 of recent orders over the last 10-days.
There is no way to use another delivery service so even if the sellers accept that Evri have either lost or failed to deliver the items and replace them I will have to rely on... You guessed it... Evri to deliver replacements.
I would give a zero star review if Trustpilot allowed it.
