I contacted Evri 26 times. They pretty much ignored me completely. I gave them my address and compensation information, but my last 10 emails, totally ignored. References: 260120-055103. I spoke with Mihlali Nyeka and Claire. Both have completely ignored my last 10 emails.

You watch them reply to this VERY review and tell me to contact support! haha! The same support that is run by an AI robot with no human interaction. This will PROVE they also have a bot replying to these reviews
Northolt UB5 only EVRI can get it 100% of the times wrong... No other business can... How do they do it?

Please take them to court like I am doing... get them to pay you decently.
Yet another delivery where they cannot read delivery instructions and have not tried to re-deliver in the last 3 days.
As someone who has had many deliveries by Evri, both personally and professionally, there has never been a delivery from Evri that has gone to plan, and our business has even had items missing from a package and the box being sellotaped bady back together that was delivered by them.
Zero stars!!! Parcel apparently delivered but delivery proof photo was a door thats not even on my street!!! Birthday present for my daughter now gone missing!! I've written to my MP about this parcel delivery problem before and now I'm going to write again because it's beyond ridiculous now!! Do Evri even care? No they don't because if they did they would be doing more checks and actually apologise for all these wrongly delivered parcels! How have you got 5 star reviews Evri? Is it your staff trying to make it look like you are not a scamming, lying, uncaring, just out for the money, waste of a delivery company?!!!! Where is my parcel?

An important parcel never delivered..Reported it to Evri..Got an email three days later to say that after a search, they couldn't find it! Also told me to to contact the seller myself!
after asking them to deliver my parcel to a locker, they preceded to tell me for the next five days it was out for delivery only for it to never be delivered. eventually i got a reply from their stupid ai chat and i got an email, not a call back as i requested they told me it would be delivered that day and if not they would contact me before 11am the next morning. I never heard from them again, despite more requests for a call back and my parcel never arrived. Absolutely disgusting service, a company who hides behind crappy AI bots so they never have to deal with customers. i wont use any company that uses them as a courier nothing but problems
** ARE you joking, do you now how many times i have requested call beck, left a message, at least 8, and you have ignored them all. So clearly your reply is to make you look good and not actually help

I had three parcels to return he would only take one parcel and point blank REFUSED to take the other two parcels

My positive experience is purely down to your courier.
Of course the email updates, easy tracking, and easy navigation around our site, is down to Evri. But if it wasnt for your dedicated employees then the success wouldnt be so high in my eyes. I have a consistent evri driver/courier and he absolutely excels in his role going above and beyond! He is friendly, approachable and also delivers our parcels safetly. Thank you.
