Review Time
I bought two PVC pin sets and one metal pin. The backs of all pins are hard rubber, which holds up the pins pretty well, with the exception of one set. I reached out to support stating one of the sets detached with the lightest of tugs, and was told this wasn't a design flaw; the pins are meant to be easy to remove. Then I was told to simply go buy locking pin backs. I might have believed them this was intentional if ALL my pins were like that, but the other set and the metal one I bought from them stay put, the backs are pretty sturdy. Seems like they just used an excuse for the defected set.I tried writing an honest review on their site, I was generous with praising the quality of the pins, but recommended anyone who buy them to buy locking pin backs, or to not put the pins on a bag where it would be less noticeable if you lose them. So far the review has not gone through.. we'll see if it ever does.
Good & pleasant website, a bit overpriced for clothes sometimes, nevertheless it's still great quality goodies for many famous gaming franchise. Ordered 4-5 times and never had any problems / delay with my items, would totally recommend !
I had to make sure to leave Fangamer a glowing review! I had seen a photo of an item (a replica Attorney's Badge from Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney) that someone else had purchased. I couldn't find it listed on their website so I reached out to customer service. They replied very quickly and, though the item was sold out on their website, they were happy to set up a personalised invoice for me. It took 17 days to reach me from the USA over in Switzerland. It arrived in perfect condition, and I was so happy to find that the product itself was of such great quality! I was definitely wary not only of doing business with a company I had never heard of, but also creating a non-standard order and shipping internationally, but I'm very glad I did. I'd highly recommend them!
Falsely advertised video game as including all major updates/DLC. It was discovered this was not the case, and I requested the correct item to be furnished. Fangamer admitted to knowingly falsely advertising the product but would not fix the problem.Disgusting, illegal behavior. Stay far away from these con artists
Collectors edition game arrived damage, and I emailed their support. Guess what they said? 'Our policy doesn't cover external damage of the product'. The whole point of buying a collectors item is to keep it in nice condition. This is unbelievable. Do not buy their items if you are hoping for it to arrive in one piece.
