Horrible Customer Service and Fees

Horrible Customer Service and far too many fees. The company messed up the shipping address by leaving off the apartment number and then proceeded to blame me and charge me the ridiculous shipping price twice. It took well over a month and some change after the initial estimated date for the package to arrive (missing two thirds of the items ordered). Not to mention the horrendous, aggressive customer service that should really be renamed to customer disservice considering how rude, vulgar, and generally poorly trained they were. Their customer service department needs some obvious major overhaul considering the lack of tact and people skills displayed that borderline left me ready to explode (coming from a customer service expert who is used to giving a lot of leeway to these things). Either the website or labeling department also needs some changes considering how they messed up the package, perhaps simply dedicating more resources to ensure proper delivery considering the horrendous prices you charge. Either way I do not intend to ever spend money on this hell site again regardless of if the merch is only officially sold on it or not. Pirating and unofficial merch is far better than attempting to deal with Fangamer.

Don't buy if you are in the EU

Don't buy if you are in the EU. I bought a couple of t-shirts from this site, and my god what a mistake. The import tax and shipping fees are through the roof, at least here in Denmark. Such a shame too, since the products are so nice (besides the broken sizing chart).If they made a base here in the EU, people would buy, since we don't really have anything that compares to the quality that fangamer provides for gamers in the US.

Fangamer is the best!

I’ve had consistently awesome experiences with Fangamer with several orders over the last few years. When the post office damaged my package, they sent a complete replacement right away no questions asked. Their packaging of items is excellent, so much better than amazon or any other major retailer. And I have gotten quick responses every time I’ve contacted customer service. Their “glitch sales” are just awesome and I look forward to them. I LOVE Fangamer!

First, last and only time I shop here

Do to Covid-19, time from shopping to delivery were longer than promissed - not your fault.Information about overseas shipping, tax and so on could be way better.My daughter bought a nintendo game and book ~$94shipping ~$20, when it came to Denmark we had to pay importtax and handling fee $47.Next time I'm going to talk her out of buying until it's possible to get within the EU, this is way too expensive.

I wanted to buy a plush but my cards…

I wanted to buy a plush but my cards kept getting declined (prepay). I emailed them than got a response saying one card had nothing on it. When I checked had 50(double check) so they lied. Very disappointed.

Item sold out in the month it took them to ship

We bought a poster and an art book from here for my birthday. Two weeks go by with no notification on shipment so we emailed them asking what the update is. They responded back by explaining that they’re busy and moving and orders might not get shipped out till the end of January. Well end of January is here and no notice of shipment. Then this morning I got a refund in my account for the art book. They said it sold out. So in the MONTH it took you to ship me my items you sold out of one and now I have no way of getting it. I would love to support the creators I like but this site has destroyed my trust. I will never buy from here again
