I am here to write about my experience with Fansedge. I recently placed an order that never arrived. Upon checking the tracking information, I realize that 1/2 shipments had been delivered. I promptly contacted Fansedge support. Doreen heard my concern and confirmed that the second package had gone missing and never made it to my house. She assisted me through every step of the process and provided me with a satisfactory solution. I was a bit frustrated that my item didn't arrive, but after speaking to Doreen, I'm glad I spent my money at Fansedge. Thank you for the great service, I'll definitely be back!
If i could give this site less than a star i would. I made an order, received information that it would be over a month before i recieved it. called not even 18 hours after i made order to cancel and they would not cancel order. i will need to wait over a month when i recieved item and them return it and then wait for a refund. over a month to get my money back when cancelled 18 hours after purchase. Talked to customer service twice with no resolve
How is fansedge still in business? Haha. All these horrible reviews. Well here's another one. I've waited almost a month for my order. It never shipped. Chatted with "Customer Service" and they said they would re-ship it. I was told it would take an additional 1.5 weeks before it would ship and another week to get to me. I guess it's coming direct from China. Would be nice if they would expedite it given their error. I guess you can just plaster "100 percent satisfaction guarantee", "customer service", and "we value your feedback" all over the website and not back it up these days. The joke is on me this time.
Ordered a Christmas gift in early December, paid $20 express shipping, and was told it wouldn’t arrive until February 15th. Just got an email that said my order would arrive until March 3rd. 3 months of delayed shipping. Seriously. Should have read these reviews first. There is no reason for such a delay. Even due to Covid. Other companies have delays but NO OTHER company has done this to me.
pre ordered items - never received them and contacted customer service constantly and kept getting the run around and they would never call back - now today I get an email that "the manufacturer never sent the items" - essentially, this company just locked up 700$ in orders from me and never fulfilled them and then 3 months later sends me this message. terrible company / terrible customer service and shame on FANATICS for being partners with this nonsense company.
Sometimes things happen. That's a simple fact of life. What truly separates companies is how they handle things that happen.I recently ordered a product that had a few issues. There was all outside of the realm of control for this company but they went above and beyond to take care of my issues to the best of their ability. Questions I sent were answered well before the timeframe that I was quoted. I was offered multiple options to address my issue which really made me feel like I was being heard and taken care of. I've work in retail management for almost my entire professional career and I can honestly say that Doreen is one of the nicest and most helpful people I've encountered. After the experience I've had working with her I have complete faith in ordering from this company again and will absolutely be doing so.
Holy sh!t! If you buy anything from this company they will NEVER stop emailing you...EVER. I had unchecked "Send me emails" before completing my order, yet almost immediately I start receiving BS offer emails from FansEdge, upwards of 3-4 a day, every single day. I have "unsubscribed" countless times since then yet I still receive the emails. Actual predatory behavior, they will do what they want regardless of what the customer desires. This is not a matter of me misunderstanding either. I work in IT and keep my inbox very clean. I rarely, rarely have these issues with legitimate companies. Steer FAR FAR away from this sketchy company.
They offer $10.99 off ..on line...if you placed your order right now. However, they do not actually give that dollar amount off. There was a coupon that took off $6.00’s. And customer service does not have the same screen to look at as does the customer.... So after much back and forth, customer service offered to give me $4.00’s off.....to make it a total of $10.00’s ...which included the coupon. So there’s no $10.99 off. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.
