Buyer Beware: Save your precious time, energy, and US dollars, and do not order from the Fasoni website! Do not order the women's luxurious cashmere sweaters. I ordered two. The product shipped to me directly from China was two cheap, ugly, baggy, thick, heavy, crudely constructed sweaters with the texture of boiled wool. They are not even remotely similar to those pictured on the website. They are hideous. Returning them to the Netherlands from Boston cost $40, and then the package was stalled in Customs in the Netherlands for three weeks, and they were not delivered a week later. Finally Fasoni claimed I had mailed them to the wrong address, although I sent them to the only address on the website, and I had asked them to confirm the correct address a month earlier. This is a fraudulent company, they are thieves, and they lied to me from start to finish. We exchanged 20 emails, and when I finally referred the dispute to my credit card company, Fasoni finally reimbursed the original purchase price.
This shirt fits exceptionally well. The shoulders align perfectly, and the overall feel is relaxed without appearing messy. It's lightweight and breathable, something I noticed right away when I wore it outdoors. It looks great tucked in or left out, which I always value.
This experience felt like a clear case of fraud. The jumpers were advertised as cashmere, but what I received were low-quality synthetic materials that were also significantly oversized. The company was unhelpful regarding my return request, responding only with generic emails. Fortunately, I managed to get my money back through my bank, as I had used my debit card. They claim to be a UK-based business, but it appears they are actually based in another country. I strongly advise avoiding this seller.
The installers provided clear explanations of the new products. All the upgrades functioned correctly when they finished. The insulation process went smoothly, and they even connected the water temporarily throughout the day to ensure there were no interruptions.
After leaving my harsh review about this website, which I believe to be a complete scam, I haven't received any responses or updates regarding the toy I ordered for my granddaughter! However, I continue to receive emails promoting "lovely items"! Now that they have my email, they also send messages threatening that my "mailbox may be shut" down and urging me to click on a link! ABSOLUTE SCAM!
STAY AWAY! This is a complete scam! I ordered a coat that they claimed was delivered, but it never arrived. They later said it was shipped to the wrong address and promised to resend it, but I still haven't received anything, and they refuse to issue a refund. It’s been three months.
