Scammers

I ordered tracking cat collars … they sent empty collars , no tracking devices. I’m furious …I’ve contacted them 3 times and nothing happens I want my money back , but how to force them ? Chinese scammers … these companies damage other legit companiesI will use the comfort of using Amazon / eBay for the protection offered and not go to independents now

Refused a reasonable cancellation

I bought a bag and thought it hadn’t gone through so bought a second in error. I contacted Fasoni via phone (no reply) and via email within 10 mins of the purchase to cancel the second order (in line with their cancellation policy which on their website stated you could cancel within 2 hours). They emailed me and told me the timeframe was one hour and that I was too late and could return the bag to the Netherlands at my own cost. I said I’d complied with their policy. They said it was too late and deleted the cancellation policy from their website. I was within one hour. They said I was still too late. In the end I raised a dispute with my bank (after several emails). They emailed asking me to close the dispute because i had received the bag and are a small business. I sent them the email chain in which they were untruthful about me being too late. I got the money for the second bag back via my bank and will never buy from them again. I realised that they ship their stock from China. I was buying from them in an attempt to be more ethical but you may as well pay a quarter of the price and buy from the cheap Chinese websites.

I ordered a dress costing £49.99 from…

I ordered a dress costing £49.99 from this company which I thought was based in the Netherlands. The item took far longer than usual to arrive and when it eventually did, it came rolled up in a very small, plastic bag with no brand name or returns information. On opening the bag, it was obvious that the item bore no resemblance to what was originally ordered; it was of very poor quality, some sort of nylon fabric, very shoddy. I was shocked by this as I cannot afford to throw away money on useless, worthless items like this. When I discovered that the company was actually in China and that it would cost a lot to return, that made me really angry. They offered 10% refund and 20% discount on any future orders! Laughable, as I will never order anything from them again. Be very aware that this is a bogus, fraudulent company and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Don’t do it!!

Dress took ages to arrive and when it did it had no labels and was faulty. I contacted customer service to arrange a return which they said I had to pay for. I pointed out that as the dress was faulty I shouldn’t have to pay for the return to China at a cost of around £20. They offered me 60% off which I didn’t accept as know my rights. Their refund policy says that the customer is responsible for the return unless the item is faulty but they kept refusing. In the end I took it up with my bank and applied for a charge back which was successful. If you’re reading this thinking about buying then don’t. If you’ve already bought something and it’s faulty then contact your bank for a refund.
