It should be zero stars. They totally failed the trade descriptions act by fraudulently describing a sweater as "cashmere" but it's clearly 100% manmade fibre. They brushed up the picture to disguise how badly put together it is. I have tried to return it but they will not give me a return address nor agree to refund me. They keep sending stalling emails, but not as frequently as the incredibly irritating sales ads. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Scammers. Ordered waterproof jacket in large. I'm a normal guy weighing 155 lbs so ordered large. Can't even zip it up and sleeves 5 inches short. Fasoni will only offer 50% discount to be used on further orders. No cash refund or returns. Sound italian but come fron China and company registration is Netherlands.
This is one if many outlets for TLE Ltd. Based in Netherlands. To get your money back, just inform your payment card issuer. It doesn't matter if it's credit or debit card. Your bank will pursue these rip off merchants and get your money back. Don't let them get away with it!
I don’t even want to leave a star. It should be zero stars. These people have taken my money and will not give me a refund. They have constantly emailed me the same copy and pasted email saying they have escalated this to the appropriate people I don’t care any more. I have been patient enough. I have been waiting long enough. I made an order two weeks ago. They have not sent me one email confirming my order or any tracking information whatsoever they have simply just taken my money and done nothing about it. This place is a scam and when they email you a response it seems professional but it’s blatantly annoying because it’s the same thing over and over again. Do not buy from here they will just swallow your money and I’ll give you what you’ve ordered.
Wow, wish I had looked at these reviews before ordering. Completely let down. False advertising of product and delivery very slow. Don't think I'd have received items without contacting to chase. The items ordered were supposed to be Apple Air Tags and Cat collar holders. The items received were cheap GRTSZ S8 Tags.
Ordered ladies jacket material was of very poor quality and was small. I have been trying for some time to return item for a refund. They asked for a photo of item to help resolve the issue. I've sent numerous emails and told support team would be in contact. This has been ongoing from 13th October my last email 3rd November has not been resolved.
Ordered a 1920's style hat in large size to 65cms. Photos on web site looked good and genuine - perfect for fancy dress! Waited a month for it to arrive and came scrunched up in a small parcel, totally misshapen, very small and not at all wearable. There were no labels or size tags and just very poor quality. Cost £19.95. Contacted seller in Netherlands and they offered no cash refund but a 50% voucher against future purchase or I could return the hat to China at my cost! So a complete waste of time and money and would not buy anything from them again. Not recommended.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! NEVER, EVER!!! This company is an absolute disgrace. Poor quality, misleading as company called Fasoni UK, address in Netherlands BUT shipped from CHINA!!!! I wish I had looked up at the reviews before I ordered. My experience is just the same as others. I ordered what looked like a lovely jacket, and what arrived was a horrible synthetic, not even looking a little bit like on their website. Wrong colour. Awful and absolutely not wearable. This company should be closed, their are COWBOYS!!! They offered me 50% discount on the next order! A joke!!! I raise a chargeback with my bank, so fingers cross!!!
Scam-steer clear.Ordered shoes 17/9 and still not arrived.My emails were answered inviting me to access tracking details and then eventually I was made aware that the item had been delivered...when it hadn't,because there are no shoes just me with a bank account minus 40 pounds.
