I had a very disappointing experience with Fasoni. The dress I received looked nothing like the photos on their website, the quality was poor, the fabric completely wrinkled and transparent, and the size much smaller than described.When I contacted their customer service, they refused to give me a refund to my account and only offered a discount code for future purchases. After insisting, they finally sent a return label but made it clear that I must pay for the return shipping to China, which is very expensive.This company’s practices feel dishonest and unfair. The product was not as described, and the after-sales service is unhelpful and misleading.I strongly recommend avoiding Fasoni, save your money and shop somewhere reliable.
This is a nightmare company! I was looking for a trench coat and thought I was buying from Zara but after I have been waiting for ages I tried to look more into this company and realised they're actually not Zara!The trench coat arrived after five weeks of waiting - cheap and way too small for a large UK size!.I asked for refund and they told me as per their rules I have to pay £30 to return to China!!! Enough said!I feel like an idiot for falling for this scam! Lost more the £50..AVOID this company at all costs!..
I ordered a Cashmere Sweater from Fasoni.uk on Oct. 6/25. It looked very nice online & said it was 100% cashmere. Received product fairly fast. Sweater was not what I was expecting. Had no tags, wrong size & button holes are unfinished. Sent email & they sent me multiple emails thereafter! They kept offering discounts vs. a return label! After reading reviews, this so-called company likes to play games! Will be contacting my credit card company for a Full Refund.
0 star not 1 star Total rip off. Do not order from FasoniUK . The website says based in The Netherlands but actually based in China. Returns are impossible because you can't trust they will receive or refund you and cost is huge to return. Items do not look like the website image and are very very poor quality. Total scam avoid at all cost. I've lost £60 for an item not worth £5
I ordered a strapless bra way too big waited 3 weeks for it.trying to get them at moment to send me returns form no joy so far terrible service tried ringing number given on website no such number can’t connect I need money refunded so I can get another one due to circumstances at the moment.Fasoni should be not allowed to advertise online is there any way to go public so no one else will get scammed. Very BAD experience... 👎 the company is advertising under Zara name , therefore I thought Im buying Zara uk product so the Price was correct...Unfortunately after over 2 weeks waiting th3 product was NOT Zara and the most cheap product I Ever saw 😫. After trying to return and get an refund I was nicely threatened amd pushed to accept them 'Ofer ' which is either send it back and pay 50% of the product cost or accept 50% refund ... so no choice really 😕 but still didn't get 50% refund anyway... I think this company must be reported and STOP ✋️ treading... Please stay away from them they are scam 😔
Absolutely waste of time don’t even buy anything from these the cat tracker gps does not work requested return 10 days ago and said you had to go through the correct channels so did that and now don’t even bother to reply don’t waste your money on this company as it might as well just take your money and run again don’t buy items from these I will keep posting the truth until they realise they cannot keep doing this to people I can see why they only have 1 star rating if I could have starred a minus I would have
Fasoni shoes are NOT as advertised but cheaply made and not with any supportive inner sole. Another of these shoe companies that is a borderline scam. They should be closed down. Another goes by UK Shoes (their email and phone are now disconnected, but they are still advertising. wants me to return shoes to China and pay customs costs. Is this even legal?
Honestly if i could give it minus starts I would. Took 3 weeks for my order to come, arrived and the items are far to small, stink of cheap plastic and have no tags which is weird. Have been trying for 2 weeks to get them to send me a returns label and they just keep offering money off my next purchase and ignoring ny request. The last email I received was to warn me that they won't be responsible for things that go missing while being shipped! Making it sound like they will just claim that's exactly what happed. Do not use this site. Absolute scam
