This company needs to be investigated and closed down.I ordered 3 products 2 cardigans and a jacket.All 3 are the most disgusting clothes I've ever seen one of the cardigans looks as tho it's been run up out of old washed wool that has gone thick no labels seams thick wouldn't fit a 6 year old other cardigan is much the same with huge buttons which should be a feature like off a man's overcoat, and the so called duck down coat I can't put words to it.Avoid at all costs no reply to emails and no chance of getting the money back.Im thinking of going to trading standards to see what they can do!!
The Supply of a Defective and Poor Quality Product: The suit received is of exceptionally poor quality, not as described on your website, and is unfit for purpose. The fabric, stitching, and overall construction are severely substandard. The product got delivered after a month.2. A Complete Failure in Customer Service and Communication: Since notifying you of these issues on 20th Oct 2025, I have sent 3 follow-up emails and to the customer service and they have failed to acknowledge or respond to any of these emails. Extremely unprofessional behaviour.Don’t waste your money on any single product.
Total rip off. I would score them zero if I could. I order 2 cotton women’s blouses from Fasoni. They arrived today. The label states they are polyester, not cotton as advertised. The description on the website states women’s short sleeved buttoned blouse. When I looked at the first blouse the back has an intentional slit in it from the collar to hem with a tie belt thing to close it. This is not mentioned in the description. They are not fit for purpose. I contacted to get a full refund to be told send them to us in China - which will cost about £20 plus customs fees. The address on the website shows Netherlands it’s only when you start digging it mentions China. Total scam!! Absolutely raging with myself for not checking the company out before buying. Do not buy anything from this dreadful deceitful company .
Terrible product. I ordered one item and when I confirmed payment, it was for a second item. I now have two supposedly large jumpers which are about a size 10. Trying to get a refund is impossible so I have spent £70 with nothing useable to show for it. Avoid at all costs. Wish I'd read the reviews first.
