Ordered a deluxe cardigan on 9th Sept, many emails later telling me it was on its way, it arrived on 22nd Sept. Modelled on website as a very loose fit, I bought the biggest size to make sure it was loose fit. It was tight fit and not as long as shown. Must have been modelled by a very small person. Not deluxe at all, it was a bog standard 100% acrylic cardigan like you would buy on a market. Advertised as reduced 50% from £60. I would maybe have paid £25 full price, not £60. Contacted them via email about returning, was told I would have to pay to send it to China, and pay other costs. They offered me a voucher for half the price and me keep the goods that are of no use to me. I wouldn't want to buy anything else from them, even if it is half price, they are scammers. Their office address is in the Netherlands yet cheap goods are being shipped straight from China and have to be returned there. Not recommended at all. I would give them zero stars if possible. Not at all what they claim to be. Avoid this business!
I bought two small table lamps for my son’s bedroom. Appalling quality and worth about 10p not the £35 I paid. It was plastic and didn’t even come with a plug. Very very poor quality. I urge people not to buy from this company. They also send from China (obviously), takes a long time and no return option without spending more than the item cost.
False advertising. Advertised as UK but sent ftom China and makes returns and refunds impossible as costs more to return it than cost of item. Quality poor and item not as advertised. Completely different one sent. Total sham. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are conning us by advertising as UK company.
Dear Chase,Thank you for your email. What is the point of buying something from China if it isn’t fit for purpose. We are encouraged to buy items from other countries but it’s of little use to us if we cannot return items which do not fit. I wish companies would make the returns information larger and easier to understand though once the item has been sold to fools like myself the company is no longer interested.Unsatisfied customer!
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY This company is a disgrace, item was delivered screwd up in a tiny bag and I can describe it as nothing short of a rag, it was supposed to be a cashmere luxury cardigan and it looks like a duster! It has no label and is not fit for use.Customers services reminded me as they do not provide return labels or anything else so it would cost m$20-30 to return so offered me a 50% on future purchase, theyre a joke and I haven’t even received the other items, yet they state this item was the last in the shipment😡 I will be contacting trading standards over this.
This company is an absolute disgrace. I ordered a bag which they tell me has been delivered to my address when i have had 21 emails to them and contacted the courier Royal Mail who tell me the bag was delivered to an address 138 Mile away from my home i live in Tyne & Wear the bag has been delivered to a house in Derbyshire I've sent them a photograph of the tracking system which I was given by Royal Mail and they still say its been delivered . They are a total was of space and should not be able to trade. DONOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
