Do not buy from this company! I regret not checking reviews before ordering. The products are substandard and shipped from abroad, leading to a long delivery time. The items received do not match the website images. I bought a baby pillow that could harm a child. Absolutely shocking. No chance of a refund, only a discount on my next order!
If you're considering ordering from this company, think twice! Their return policy is extremely tricky. I ordered Halloween items, and what I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The mask I got smelled terrible and was of very low quality. I tried to return it, but they keep asking for videos instead of letting me send it back. I'm extremely frustrated and wish they would be held accountable for their actions. I recommend staying far away from them.
Avoid this fraudulent company! I ordered two cashmere sweaters, which took weeks to arrive. They came without labels, and one was significantly smaller than the other. After multiple attempts to contact them, I only received generic replies asking for photos. They don't want to facilitate returns. I've managed to get my money back through my bank, but they are clearly scammers.
UPDATE: I finally received a response, but it seems automated. There is no customer service. This feels like a scam. I ordered two sweaters that took a long time to arrive, and the sizes were completely wrong. Despite numerous emails requesting to return them for a refund, I received no response. I have no idea where to send the items back. Avoid this company!
I wanted a red cashmere sweater but knew not to expect much for under £35. I realized the images were likely AI-generated. I thought I was ordering from a reputable place, but when it arrived, it was clear the sweater was synthetic, not cashmere. It had no labels, and the sizing was off. I'm not looking forward to washing it as it might not fit anymore. I tracked my order, and at least it arrived on time, but I won't be attempting a return.
It's unfortunate that I can't give negative stars! This company is a total rip-off. I ordered a dress advertised as 100% cotton, but when it arrived, it was clearly labeled polyester. They keep insisting the goods were shipped as described and offer store credit instead. AVOID them! Their products are terrible and this is a scam.
Bought a £60 cashmere and fleece hoodie but when it arrived it was made of the cheapest polyester in the world. Where’s the cashmere?The hoodie is out of shape and unbranded. The only label says “100% polyester”. I’ve been emailing them for a week trying to return that rubbish hoodie and get a refund but they just stall, replying to emails 48 hours after if you’re lucky. They want photos and videos showing the problem but the problem is that they sell rubbish clothes and my dislike cannot be photographed or videoed. I also think that I’ve been emailing with an AI agent called Emma instead of a real person, as the answers to the emails are always the same. I start to believe that I was robbed of £60. I will report them to the relevant authorities and to the Police. How can you be so dishonest and rob customers’ money like this without consequences?I won’t let it go. The 5 stars reviews are done by them as I don’t believe anyone will be happy with this rubbish clothes. Avoid this website.
