Would give them zero. Selling jackets advertised as leather made of 100% polyester, not cotton as advertised, not the same fabrics in the photos received very thin, see through fabric, very small sizes, shipping advertised as receive within 8 working days incorrect, it took one month as they did not send it even after multiple email communications, will not issue a refund after weeks of requests.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!! Borderline a scam company. Ordered something on the 20th August and today is the 29th September still nothing. Will be calling Paypal to try get my money back after customer service is just b blatantly lying to me
Ordered a “Zara” coat. Awful quality fabric and certainly not from Zara. Returning it and getting a refund is nigh on impossible with such difficult conditions to adhere to. They have offered me a 50% discount code. Worthless as I will never be caught out with this scam company again!
what a joke !!!!!!!! i thought i was buying from ZARA but the coat they sent had NO ZARA labels on and when i tried to return the coat they wanted photos of the label but now seeing the coat again there are NO ZARA labels on it so seeing that i will never get a refund from them i will put it down to a BIG SCAM
Ordered shoes on the 27th August 2025. Still no shoes on the 23rd September. I sent several emails asking them to chase the order (it was always at the same point of transit when I checked online ) and then emails asking for a refund. The company refused to acknowledge that they were lost. They kept telling me it was about to be delivered. Very bad service, always acknowledged my emails but only to say they would arrive soon. Will try and claim back through credit card indemnity insurance.
Appallingly bad, I am usually savvy to scams but this time got well and truly caught.quality terrible, delivery terrible, customer serviceterrible. returns policy borderline illegal. posing as UK company but goods from China and expecting you to pay for return to China. Should be closed down
Scam!! Stay Away!Looks like a UK company but it's not. Bought 2 shirts and quality was beyond bad. Returns department is set up to keep putting you off so you give up. I disputed it through the credit card in the end. Never buy anything, they are just out to scam customers!
Advertising luxury cardigan with free postage, and money back if not satisfied. However, they did not state in their advertising that the company is registered in the Netherlands, but returns have to go to China at customer expense, circa £30. They state 'You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your product. You will be responsible for the return shipping, unless the product is damaged or the error is on our part.' I took delivery of a black Annie cardigan, £40, such poor quality, no label at neck, no label with washing instructions, several sizes smaller than that requested, and of an extremely sub-standard knit - almost solid. So inferior, I cannot even donate to charity. I ordered size Medium, I am size 12, but I couldn't get it on. So their sizing is in error. But so poor would not be able to wear. Company said only issue refund if I return, or I could have another garment at discount, but still need to return. Kept apologising for my predicament, but no goodwill. Avoid this company - they are providing extremely poor quality goods with no feasible recall. Garment cost £40, but return postage around £30 to China. I feel robbed.
