Review Time
I wish I had looked up reviews before I ordered. My experience is just the same as others. I ordered what looked like a lovely cotton summer dress, and what arrived was a horrible synthetic sack of a thing, nothing like the dress on the website and absolutely not wearable. Even a hospital gown would be preferable. The email address is fasoni.uk. No indication that the company is in China, and yes, like other reviewers, it took three weeks to arrive, and when it did, it was scrunched up like a dishcloth in a tiny plastic bag. They are crooks, nothing else.
Do not buy anything from this company, they are scammers. I ordered 2 dresses 3 weeks before a party, it clearly states returns are easy and both were in stock ready to be despatched. When they arrived some 3 weeks later from china they bore no resemblance at all to the pictures, way too small and I could have bought better items at pitsea market. Tried to email for a return form and was told return costs would be over 30euro and would possibly get lost in transit. They offered me a 50% discount which I accepted but received a code to apply on next purchase! I have spent £85 for 2 bits of nylon which will be fit for the bin. Total con artists. There are no reviews on the website and no mention of China as company is registered in the Netherlands.
O no! I wish I had read the reviews before purchase. I ordered a lovely linen dress and a nylon rubbish thing arrives weeks after the original delivery date.It bears no resemblance to the original order except for the colour.This business should be shut down. Disgusting scammers.
Absolute scam of a company. Cheaply made shoes, completely unbranded, sized completely wrong and when requesting a refund you get told you'll have to pay the same amount you paid for the product to return them. An absolute disgrace. Will be contacting trading standards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Ordered what looked like a pretty cotton dress. What arrived was a nasty synthetic item which bears no resemblance to what I ordered. It has no composition or care label. They are telling me it will cost $30 dollars at my expense to return, which is illegal for online purchases which are not as described.I will be reporting them for fraud.
This is a scam company. Ordered goods which I thought was from the Netherlands. 2 Items never received & the other items came after 2.1/2 weeks. They were the most awful clothes I have ever seen!!! £176 in total and was only worthy of throwing in the rubbish bin. All they offered was a credit for their store (even for the 2xl items I never received) I have returned the items which has cost me £32.00 but very doubtful they will refund me the money. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A PURE SCAM!!!!!Update:- 21/9/2025Sent items back by Royal Mail £32.00) with tracking, received into China 5 days later & has been pending for 2.1/2 weeks stuck at customs!!!! Now trying to get compensation from Royal Mail & will inform my bank tomorrow!!! Never again 😒Further update 11.10.2025Informed my bank with all details & Royal Mail tracking number & explained goods were still at customs in China. Mastercard investigated & bank gave me a full refund while they investigated. Within 4 days I had a full refund from the scam company (fasoni) so bank than had their money back. Well worth the bother of returning items & even though it cost me £32 I have had all of my £176 back!!!! This scam website needs to be taken down.
