Don't use this company.Quality of the shirt was poor for the price. Tried to return using their email system. Emma who replies is clearly AI, and just asking me to sent video of the issue. The issue is I just didn't like itm or how it fits. No way to contact them really and no chance of a refund.
Would give absolutely no stars if I was able to.I really wish I’d read trust pilot reviews before I ordered.I purchased from this website as they offered a full refund if you wanted to return the items,Items arrived far too late and of awful quality (not like what was shown on their website) but when I have repeatedly asked for a return form and return address they just want to offer a credit of 15% towards future purchases I would NEVER purchase from them again (I have contacted them at least 6 times over the last week asking for a return form but still haven’t received one) they just want to avoid paying you your money back My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing from them is DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE
The item I was sent in no way resembles the one I ordered. I ordered an "elegant fur-trimmed hat" and received a (too small) knitted hat. When I contacted their customer services department, they assured me that they had sent the correct item. Ignore what they say on their website. Customer satisfaction is not their priority. I'm attempting to get a refund.
PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED 3 items in XL, couldn’t even get them anywhere near to fit my body. Fasoni state they are cashmere, it’s proven not, also no labels, for sizing, washing instructions, or fabric content. The only size label on the outside of the cheap cellophane bag said XL in red. My carer tried them on, they just about fitted, she’s a u.k 6 or 8, small or x small. They keep offering increasing discounts to order more from them, which is ridiculous, why would I want more of the same rubbish, that is not fit to wash the floor with.
I urge everyone, Do not deal with this company they send out snide cheap tacky goods. I asked for return address as goods were 3 weeks late.I asked to return and keep getting the run around same emails 5 times over sent saying buy more tatt with 35 percent off. BEWARE it cost me money its a scam from a china man. Hongyi YE.DONT BUY FROM FASONI PERIOD!!!!
Terrible.Product was too small & of very cheap quality.After 7 emails, all customer service were bothered about was a picture of myself in the garment. Not accepting it was too small without a picture, very strange. If you want a refund, you have to post back at your extortionate cost.Never write reviews but please avoid. The mass of negative reviews speak for themselves.
