Review Time
I am only giving it 1 star because the product actually arrived to be fair and to leave my review. But by no means was it the product as it was described and pictured on the Fasoni website when I bought it.What arrived was the cheapest manufactured product you couldn't imagine and nowhere near resembling it's described offering at the website. As of this time I will not recommend Fasoni and would only advice to avoid that company at all costBest of Luck George 🍀
Would be a minus starts if that was an option I am not sure how this company is still allowed to trade this is an absolute scam and a half product arrived a lot later than made out at checkout on the website , then arrived a lot later than what I needed the jacket for which was a funeral when it did arrive it was thin it was terrible material so I asked for a refund due to no longer having use for it , and it not being what it was made out to be on the website all I have had back is the same email we will just give you 10’/, off your next purchase and will not give me the return procedures I am so frustrated as 45 quid down the drain work hard for my wages at the end of the month not to be throwing it away to the likes of these scammers should be sued DO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THIS SITE
I ordered an XL jacket which took a long time to arrive. The sizing is a joke. This wouldn’t be an XL for my 3 year old. It’s like trying to put a child’s jacket on. The quality of finishing is also very poor with untrimmed threads everywhere. Trying to return it for a refund is laborious and they are everything other than helpful. I suspect I’ve just got to put this in the bin and chalk it up to experience. Don’t waste your money.
I ordered a black “ trendy” bag Took 2 weeks to arrive Was wrong colour Was navy I have been emailing for return/ refund but keep receiving emails asking for same information on numerous occasions Despite my sending them pictures of the order and the “ navy” bag I have had no satisfaction with this company
Very bad experience. I order an item which did not resemble the picture on the website and was very poor quality. When I attempted to make a return (policy stats 30 day return), they wi not allow me to return the item and keep offering a 25% of the value of my order that I can use on website. Shouldn't be allowed to trade.
Wish I would have read the reviews. Still waiting for a refund after paying 45 pounds for a sub standard coat AND 26 pounds to return it…. So 71 pounds in total for no product. This company should be shut down by trading standards. Please don’t even think about buying from them.
