Incompetence and useless are just two of the many negative words I would use to describe this organisation.Given four delivery dates, two text messages confirming delivery, spoke to two managers, both 'promised' me deilvery on the fourth date and guess what, nothing.Could not run a bath, let alone a distribution organisation. you can guarantee they won't respond to this comment either.
Horrendous experience with Fedex and it only seems to be getting worse. I'm so annoyed I don't even want to type out the issues again as I am still trying to deal with this horrible company to get my package that is now a week late. So unprofessional. Avoid if possible is my recommendation
Have never had a good experience with FedEx. Saying my package was delivered at a time when I was literally at home 10 feet from my door and they never showed up, only for it to appear the next day after contacting customer service, lost packages that never even made it to a facility, FedEx is trash. Every single time I have had FexEx deliver a branded package I’ve had issues. Would rate 0 if possible.
I wish to complain about the service I got today, Friday, 5/28/2021, between 10:15 AM and 10:45 AM EST, from a female team member of the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, located at 189 Eighth Ave, New York, NY 10011. I would like to get some explanations as to why your team member was brief to the point of rudeness with all of my simple questions, why your team member was eager to show me she was occupied and did not have time to help me when there were no customers in the store, except me; and why your team member could not even make an attempt to help me.I left sad and displeased because your FedEx Office employee failed to offer any help even though I politely asked her more than two times.I turned to the UPS Store at Eighth Ave for help. The UPS Store employee told me that your FedEx Office team member at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, located at 189 Eighth Ave, New York, NY 10011, discriminated against me.
Not sure what happened to this company. Over the past 10 years or so they have steadily declined in service and customer care. Packages are routed all over larger states before they leave on their journey to their final destination. I'm not sure if it's their routing software or employees just don't care. I see they've even turned to declaring they are a delivery service and don't estimate shipping dates anymore.
This has got to be the worst company that ever existed. I've been waiting on a package that I need for my job and 5 times a Fed Ex truck has come by my house on a 20 house street and made deliveries to other people but not once did they stop to deliver my items. I have called, texted, posted to them on social media and am not getting any resolution. I paid money for this item and now it looks like I won't get it. Something needs to be done about FedEx.
I’m very unhappy with them. They deliver my packages to the wrong address. They deliver My sons birth certificate to another house the driver didn’t get a signature but he didn’t feel like it took me two weeks to find where they delivered it to. They are annoying as hell I’ll stick shipping through the post office Or UPS.
