Review Time
At 7 oct I put a review here about Feenstra and the next day, they replied. Then there was one phone call of them, but no solution. We had to call them about six times and they admitted that they were wrong. Now we are still waiting after all these calls (every time they say: ‘we call you back’, but they never do). So after three weeks we are still waiting for an appointment…
I had a very good experience by Feenstra with the cleaning of ventilation canals and replacement of my old mechanical ventilator. The technician spent about 1.5 hours to get to every possible outlet of the ventilation system, cleaned all with great care using high quality equipment. I had the whole system cleaned a couple of years ago with a different company and the difference in detail of cleaning is day and night compared to Feenstra. Very happy this time. The only complaint that I have is the time it takes from the first contact to the actual cleaning but the outcome definitely worth the long waiting time for me.
Disgraceful company. A total rip off. The maintenance engineer wouldn't even look inside my boiler (the exhaust pipe no longer meets regulations apparently, even though it was Feenstra who installed it) and then they send me €75 bill for maintenance, with follow up threats if I didn't pay promptly. No one answers the customer service number. No one replies to your complaint emails. Companies should not be allowed to bully and con customers like this.
Quite a task to reach their customer service! We requested a cleaning service with Feenstra, and as soon as the employee left, we noticed there was a loud noise being made when we turned on the ventilation system. Since then, we have called them multiple times every day but to no avail. They cannot escalate, they cannot fix the situation and they would not give you a timeline to fix the solution. Never received such terrible service in my life!
