The phone conversation went very well the lady on the phone was patient and instructive. After that the Feenstra professional came early in the morning, diagnosed the problem quickly, came prepared and solved it and he was pleasant
I switched providers and signed up for the annual heating maintenance service with Feenstra this year. I expected a routine maintenance and check-up service as the heating was working perfectly before Feenstra came. On the first visit, Feenstra technicians said there was a problem, removed some parts, and turned off the heating system, saying they would look into a repair quote. On the next day I got a call saying they could not repair the problem and that I would need to buy an entirely new heating system. In the meantime, Amsterdam hit the coldest days of the year and my family and I are patiently waiting in the cold for a new system to be installed. 6 days later (and after 10-12 calls asking for the quote and installation date), Feenstra simply tell they decline the quote, cancel my subscription as a customer, and tell me to go find someone else to repair or replace my system. My small children are literally freezing for 10 days now. I cannot believe the arrogance and utter disregard for customers. Avoid this company.
Technical personel perfect. Administration incapable to do a good job. They give incorrect information, do not keep their promises, charge too much and despite agreement (by phone) do not keep to their promises to make corrections to incorrect invoices. This company cannot be trusted.
I installed a new boiler, mounted a new radiator, and renewed the whole system. Feenstra first don't want to install the radiator because it was not brought from them, but finally agreed to do it without any liability -- I'm glad it went well in the end.On the day two Feenstra staffs come at the agreed time and did all the work in ~6 hours. Everything works perfectly :)
