Overall a very good experience

Overall a very good experienceThe person who came for installation was really good. He communicated well & did his job on his own with minimum disturbance. Introduced the equipment he was installing & the options along with his recommendation. Gave tips on what we can do with the remote. He explained the process and the work he did.Tip: More transparency with pricing. We asked him to change the vents.

Feenstra worst verwarming service

Feenstra is the worst company I have met. In the call, the customer service person only informs the voorrijkkosten(EUR65) and labourkosten(EUR22.26 per 15 minuten) but doesn't inform the factuurkosten EUR 7. This person knows that I don't have a contract with Feenstra. Afterwards, when I receive the invoice, Feenstra charges me EUR 7 for the factuurkosten. It is Feesntra didn't inform the customer the correct information but they ask the customer to pay for their mistake. Their customer service offers no service to customers only fake information to customers. This is not a honest and reliable company. I strongly don't recommend this company. It is the worst in Netherlands.

Everything is disappointing

Everything is disappointing. The technician did not bring the right tools for the job, repeatedly. The technician seems to have little technical knowledge. The technician did not fulfill the assignment completely. Customer service is also bad. It was super difficult to simply make an appointment. It took more than 10 days to just get a response.

It was excellent that my failure to book the appointment for service was recognised and that your staff saw that an engineer was in my village and called to ask if I needed them, brilliant!

Your technician was friendly and helpfull. He explained me very well what he was going to do and until now, I cannot complain about the very good quality of his work.

Worst customer service ever

It's been 5 weeks since I asked for an account for SolarEdge (has to be created by solar panel installer). Sent 5 emails and provided everything, called dozens of times, and I still don't have an account. When you send emails, they reply once and disappear. When you call you're "first in the waiting list" for an hour. When they finally pick up, they tell you to "calm down" although they're not helping.

CV kettle replacement

Mechanic came to do the yearly check and immediately turned the CV kettle off saying it is dangerous. I still don't have a new CV kettle after 5 days. I have phoned every day, asking for someone to give me a quote to rent or buy! No contact what so ever! I am a single mum with 2 young kids. This is not acceptable.
