I bought a CV heating. After 3 months, suddenly 47 euros was withdrawn from my bank account. Apparently this contract included a periodical fee for maintenance. Maintenance is done every two years: 8*€47 = about 400 euros for half an hour of work = one third of the price of a new CV
Expensive and irresponsible : Extremely expensive, the price for the purchase of the CV that was on the lease is completely unreasonable. and at the same time irresponsible: they can re-schedule the CV boiler maintenance the day before the maintenance because they can't do it due to overload that obviously was known much long ago.
Curious if it's just me or you experienced the same. A visit of a mechanic of 5 minutes costs me 471!!! euro. That's almost 100 euro a minut. That's outreagous and surreal. Lawers earn less. Not sure what to do with this invoice but I can at least share with you my displeasure. My advice; avoid this guys.
Terrible communication. Turned up after months and installed a faulty part that blew the fuses in my house an hour later. Took days to come back to fix it. Never followed up on my package. Hung up on me on the phone when I was being polite.
I gave very detailed instructions about my central heating boiler. I told them right away that a part needed to be replaced. Still, at Monday a mechanic arrived and did not know this...?Then I made a new appointment with the mechanic for the next Thursday between 8:00 and 10:00. Thursdat at 9:25 there was still no one. I got worried and made a phonecall to Feenstra. They told me the mechanic was on his way. At 10:00 I made a new phonecall and was put on hold. My "on hold"-status suddenly changed to "redirect"-status and another member of the administration picked up the phone. I had to tell my entire complaint again...Then I was told that the appointment for Thursday was scheduled between 10:00 and 12:30. I told that the mechanic promised to come between 8:00 and 10:00. Then I was told that mechanics have no vote in making appointments with clients...?Really a weird company. Feenstra used to be a lot better in the past.
Wanted to schedule maintenance but in the end didn’t schedule one yet, so no appointments were made, no service received and still I get a bill in the mail. Send them 2 e-mails and never got an reply so I had to pay the bill anyway. Total rip-off, in the future I’m choosing a different company
