I never had a problem with a company so much as with this oneThey don't follow their own planned schedules. What took a lot of money from me.Kettles are old and even after ( fixed) it breaks a day later again.If you can avoid feenstra, I highly recommend doing that
Feenstra added a all-in subscription in my bill without my request, when I bought a keetle.I just noticed that feenstra has been charging a bill of monthly subscription of 20 euros / month.However, not once they informed me about this subscription. Now they want to chargr me 250 euros to cancel it.
Avoid. The company itself is ok with fixing heating for example, but the customer service is terrible should something go wrong. Which it unfortunately did. They tend to hide behind the idea that you're in a contract so they have the freedom to not be very helpful with any problems. I would suggest just having your CV fixed as a one off from a different company should you need, but a contract with them was more trouble than its worth.
