Very bad customer experience

The customer service at Feenstra is very bad, nobody answered me in a proper way. I bought and appartment that had a feenstra boiler and this was one of the biggest headaches that I had. They don't give any help at all. My boiler has a lot of limescale and I can't even enter in contact for them to clean it.

Waste of time and money with little accountability

I scheduled an appointment to get a service contract.First availability to get the inspection done was for March when I looked in Jan. Already not a good sign if they are so busy.I sent many pictures as asked by the company before the appointment to give them understanding of model/make/situation of Kettel / piping etc. and then we scheduled the appointment.Then day of inspection, person comes and in 2 mins concludes that I don’t get a contract. Reason - I’ve an older model (which I had already shared with the company) and the pipeline is not safe (also shared beforehand via pictures)Moreover, They inspector did not see the pictures I sent. And I don’t receive an inspection report which I am expected to pay for.Waste of time and money and I don't have a solution and no accountability.

Great service and high integrity

Great service, and very honest approach: the employee informed us upon inspection that ventilation box/ducts cleaning was not required which significantly reduced the price. I'm sure other companies would have cleaned anyway and get paid for it, even if it was not required. Really appreciated the integrity here.

They break down what works

They came to control my CV Ketel and they said they needed to change it , because there was a leakage. Then they replaced it with a new one, which does not work. I am trying to fix this for three days now , and no luck. They have very bad mechanics who don’t how to fix things. Very bad company. We are sitting in the cold house for three days and there is also no hot water. Never trust them.

This is the worst company I have ever…

This is the worst company I have ever seen. I had contact with them because my heating system didn't work .They gave me an appointment after a week pretending that they were so busy and I said ok.They sent me a horrible creepy creature with very dirty shoes .I asked him very politely to take off his shoes before stepping his feet on my expensive carpet and he refused pretending that it's safety shoes and without them he has got no insurance for life . I said to him I am also an electrician and when I am asked to take off my shoes I do that .Then I said to him no problem and I brought him a pair of plastic shoes bags that are used for dirty shoes or when you get to the swimming pool area and asked him to put them on over his safety shoes and he refused also pretending that it gets slippery if he put them on .I said it's a thick carpet how in God will it be slippery! He just opened the door and went away refusing to fix anything.Very rude and childish behaviour.These kind of people and this treatment gives a crystal clear image of this rubbish company.I regret asking this garbage company to fix my problem.Please if you have any problem don't commit the same mistake and look for a company that cares about your house .

Kind, helpful, professional

Very kind, helpful and professional service. We used their services to replace and clean the ventilation system and we are very happy with the results.They were also helpful to reschedule the appointment 1 day before the original date.

Omission in maintenance that may cost me thousands of euros

Feenstra did the boiler maintainance and inspection for the previous owner of my apartment. They failed to report to the previous owner that the piping and vent is non-compliant with the regulations introduced in April 2023. This would have impacted my process of apartment purchase, and may now cost me several thousand euros.Avoid this company, or get a second opinion.

Well done. Thoroughly cleaned everything.

Well done. A serviceman was very nice, checked all ventilation points before cleaning, then he cleaned all ventilation ducts thoroughly. Later cleaned the ventilation fan and tested ventilation again.Finally he presented all measurements and instructed how to use ventilation efficiently.
