Terrible admin

They deducted my account without any authorization from me for something I did not request in 2019, because I moved from the house in 2016. The new owner has paid and they put my money back in my account. instead of changing their administration immediately, they contacted me again to pay for the same thing in 2022, plus debt collector fee of €40.

Racist company with arrogant staff

Racist company with arrogant staff. With different last name than dutch almost impossible to be taken serious by them. Sending an email is challenging for them.Waiting two weeks,still didn't got one . Of course when i call they say that they will send it "tomorrow". As low as it gets. Big dissapointment.

Feenstra taking advantage of expats

So if you are an expat stay away from this company. Here is what happened. My tenant had a radiator leaking in the bathroom and Feenstra was called to stop the leakage. According to my tenant they stayed at home for fifteen minuets. Taking the radiator out, putting a cap on the pipe and the left. Afterwards i got the bill with the following breakdown of costs:Working time:150 minutes Travel time: 23km for one hourSo you tell me of this makes any sense or even if it is fair

Terrible service

For 1 1/2 months trying to fix our heating system. All kinds of issues with them. 2 times the monteurs don't ring the doorbell and just leave again while charging us a fee for that. Incredibly hard to get through to them via telephone and the people there mostly don't seem to have a clue what is going on. Meanwhile we're sitting in the cold in January...
