Feenstra has a quite well service wagen something is broken even on weekend … BUT…. When You need help in emergency situation they will use Your position to REACH their destination - money. I had broken cv ketel and with two small kids didnt has a water for 9 days . Constantly calling them to help me asap. Thet want help but for prise 4200 euro’s… completer absurd … o have tried to change an offert but they no You are not on the position to choose anything so You will pay how much they want cause You need warm water .. no responds for my e-mail or calling and only once i get an e-mail that they dont understand why i wait so long with accept an offert and solve my problem, again I explained that prijs is twice bigger than normaal and i am not so desperate to pay so much but they treat me like idiot and even not respond. I have found other Company which helped me on two days with all problem and installed new cv ketel for 50% less money that Feenstra want. Also monteur which came saïd honest that is sad cause half of those things which MUST be replace by Feenstra are solid and good and is completly not neccessary to replace them . So if You have any other choice than Feenstra, do it before You will regreat.
We had problem with our cv ketel that stopped heating the water. We called the service and the mechanic came to our house fast - i do not have any remarks on that. He checked the ketel and said that ventilator is broken . New ventilator he priced for 400-500e which he advised is not affordable and We should get New ketel. We got offer for instalation of new device with price ...... around 3600e!! This price is out of space wth! We called other companies and they wese shocked with this price and offer a lot less. We asked for contact from Feenstra asap to negotiate, but nobody made any effort to contact us. We called and sent e-mails on Daily basis without any answer. So now we are a week without warm water. Conratulations Feenstra! You have just lost the customer. Im strongly NOT recommending
New cv Ketel losing pressure since installed. No heating or hot water as the cv Ketelh does not turn on due to 0 pressure every morning. Over 8 monteurs to check the problem, still no solution found. Have the subscription for maintenance 24/7 yet no technician sent as none available when called . They say you just need to spend this evening in the cold.The call center just keeps sending ppl who cannot seem to solve the problem Terrible service by Feenstra. This is not how you treat customers..most stressful experience so far
At the contract signing stage, things started to get strange. The company's website states that when subscribing, a one-time fee of €75 is required for inspection and related work. Additionally, I received an email confirming that €75 was a one-time payment at the beginning of the contract.Here’s what actually happened: Technicians arrived, conducted the inspection, and handed me a document to sign where the €75 inspection fee was listed twice. They also informed me that a second visit would be necessary because a part of the ventilation system needed to be replaced, and they didn’t have the required parts.A week later, another technician arrived, replaced an old plastic pipe with a new one, and secured it with brackets. After this, I received an invoice that included not only the €75 but also charges for materials and the additional visit. At no point was I informed that this would incur extra costs.When I reached out to customer support, they explained that the invoice included materials. I replied, agreeing that materials should be charged, but I requested the removal of everything except the €75 fee and the material costs. In response, I was told that second visit was not covered by the one-time payment.Be cautious when working with this company.
If negative was possible would have given that. I ordered a one time service for my cv ketel which was done on 6/12/2024. After a few days of the service something strange started happening, a loud fan like sound from the cv once or twice in a day. The frequency of this started increasing day by day and its almost continuous.I called them and shared the situation, but they said since its not a contract they wont do anything, I wonder why because they did the service so should have been their responsibility to look at what happened. I have now hired another company to look at it and found out the internals are damaged which is costing me EUR 600 + 150. Its a huge loss, which started happening only after the service. I had no issues before that.
