What a great service! Not only was the date for the engineers visit brought forward, but Chris the engineer (extremely pleasant and polite guy) arrived within the time scale provided, identified the problem almost immediately, had the part required with him, did the repair and was gone within an hour. No messing, no waiting, no ordering parts and waiting for weeks. I have never ever had such a brilliant service. Top, top notch.
Excellent disconnect and instal new dishwasher. Very polite and thoughtful technicians Connor and Matt. Nothing was too much trouble and treated my property with respect. Everything done to an excellent standard, tidied up, took all the packaging away. Connor is a perfectionist and treated the instal as if it was in his own property! Thoroughly recommend these two. Perfect examples of how to deliver exceptional customer service.
