They send me a SIM card by purolator

They send me a SIM card by purolator. I was not home and got a note with tracking number to pick it up at store. The Purolator store couldn’t find the package and also did not find Purolator tracking number in their system. Contacted Fizz via chat box and explained, their solution was to buy another SIM card at convenient store, send the invoice to get refund for $5!! And no conveninye store at my area. They simply do not care how much time is wasted for silly SIM card.

FIZZ / Quebecor Inc. / Videotron - SCAMMERSSecond month into FIZZ, tried to upgrade the monthly plan at original rates, as was part of their original offering...they change their rates (perhaps based on a logarithm) and will not honor original rate or even provide the picture of today's offer to me of which I missed taking a screen shot (as attached, if possible). They now refer to really "fine print" and provide zero customer satisfaction, integrity, or ethical business practice. ZERO thanks to FIZZ & Videotron.

If you only need one bar of service.......

So they claim to have 4G service and they claim to have service all over Canada now. But I live in Hamilton Ontario and I work in Etobicoke Ontario and I never have service except during the drive to work or home. I have chronically one bar of service no matter what. So after, I don't know a year maybe, I'm giving up because the service is s***. It's worst than Wind when Wind was Wind.I'm canceling my service as soon as I finish porting over my telephone number to the other carrier on the Telus Network that I'm going to use.

Bought a phone and never received it

Bought a phone and never received it. Have been dealing with Fizz for almost a month. They keep saying a dedicated team is analyzing the issue. It’s simple, the courier lost the package and they should refund when they were made aware of it 2 weeks ago! I still haven’t been refunded, and they are telling me now to wait for them to cancel the order and get a confirmation email for a refund.

Old outdated modem/router provided for 30mbps

Ok their mobile is good...great rates and works well...the problem is with the internet if youre interested in them for isp..and the old modem/router they provide for slower speed like 30mbps.The modem router provided is wifi 5. Wi-Fi 6 is generally more secure than older Wi-Fi standardsbecause it includes support for WPA3, the latest and strongest security protocol. While older networks often rely on WPA2, which has some known vulnerabilities, WPA3 offers improved protection against attacks and better encryption..so basically they provide a piece of equiptment which is more then 5 years old and is less secure...so I would do a hard pass on fizz internet,,,they dont seem to care about security and providing you with old outdated less secure equipt ment is the norm

This is the worst place ever I sent…

This is the worst place ever I sent them a massage and ask them why did they take 129.00 out of my accout I did not give them approval for this i requst my money back I went back to the site and the blocked me out now Im out of 129.00. I am reaching out to my back to see if I can get my money out back into my account this company needs to be closed down and Im going to fine a way to do it blevie me it going to happen

This company is a scam the customer…

This company is a scam the customer service agent I got was a complete loser instead of explaining anything he just wanted to get mad and demand screen shots of things I have no idea about. All in all I would not recommend this company at all. But yet I have prepared for a month purchased a new SIM card so I guess all that money is now wasted. Horrible company experience.
