I’ve been with them for 2 years and the internet never cut or any interruption which is really good but the customer service (the agents) is bad. I referred few friends of mine and i had one referral bonus left in my account. Last month the agent said it will be applied for this month so i waited and this month i couldn’t apply it. I spoke to an agent and told him to help me and he kept saying make the payment in full and the discount will be applied which doesn’t make sense. I told him to apply it now before I pay and kept repeating the same thing. I told him if he can do something or I’m gonna close my account and change provider and he said no, it’s the system, nothing he can do and didn’t care at all lol. The company is great but the customer service agents are bad.. probably in Asia or Africa.
Keep loosing Internet connection. Every days, have to reset my modem-router. Bad or non existant technical support, that they keep refering to their troubleshoting database, when the problem is really that they are not capable of giving you a stable the service. I am sure they well know about it, and there is nothing they can do about it.

Fizz hires agents that do not know what they are doing. My service wasn't functional and I found out on my own after struggling for hours. The agent kept telling me that my phone was the problem, when the real problem was that the area where I was not covered by fizz or its partner. It happened several times when I got to queue number 2, I went back to queue number 28. I believe that a very malicious, immature worker made me wait a long time. it was 10 pm atlantic time, september 19, pseudo name Mihai.
I have been using Fizz from more than 4 years. Have tried few other providers as well but either they are too expensive or the service is pathetic. So far FIZZ is really great and haven't faced any issues... Its economical, reliable and the website provides flexibility to alter plans as and when needed. Worst customer service ever!tried to activate a new sim card for a week with out any help, from them, they opened like 4 tikets, almost a week withouth service I will change today, it's takes so many efforts and energy on this issue, switching to another company today
One of the most absolutely worst experiences i have ever had in my life. For starters, i message support almost 9 MONTHS AGO and still no reply! I keep messaging them asking for help to activate my account and all i get back every single time is “ya if you figure it out let us know” WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?!? WHO TELLS THERE CUSTOMER THAT?!? Genuinely do yourself a favour and NEVER go with them. Go with public mobile, even at that you would probably have a better chance of technical support from a monkey then them.
Most of the time fizz works, but sometimes when roaming, even just a few kilimeters out of town, the system will no longer work on LTE or LTE+ data. Basically as soon as you flip over to EXT then you are throwing the dice on actually having ability to communicate. Zero customer service and any interaction always blames your phone (even if i have my 5 family members in the car and all our phones lose data at the same time... they always blame the phone). Is it cheap? Yes. but you get what you pay for.
