What went wrong? They can't get anything right. Set up a new phone plan and cannot get incoming phone calls. It says not in service. Customer service would rather treat you like an invalid and blame everything else on your device. Even asked for a screenshot of someone calling ME and HEARING 'This line is not in service'. I'm sure I'm the one that's slow here. Appallingly horrible. Absolutely useless.
This is a greate service for mobile data ever! Affordable, smooth transition from one plan to another sometimes get booted from the network but not long its back after refreshing the app in use but other then that super and costumer service is greate!
Easy to personalize plans and budjet through differante year periodes and specific needs. Tech is reliabl, I never needed Tech suppt. and the most abordable on the markets
I really like Fizz. The data carryover from month to month alone makes it worth it for me. I paid for a certain amount of data for a month, it only make sense that that amount is made available to me in total. I appreciate the simplicity and transparency as well. I don't have to think about my phone plan or stress about it. I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of anymore.
Best mobile company I've ever used! 2 years in now and it keeps getting better. I've used the travel add on for multiple countries and it's seamless, no changing Sim cards and all that nonsense! I have so much data from roll overs that it would be hard to use it all up, and they keep giving me more! Hopefully they will stay the same, great value and great service!
