Review Time
Over two weeks and the goods have not arrived yet. I am still waiting for a response from them. Misleading information on their website about deliver leading times. Only once you go into their FAQ they tell you where the goods come from and how long it will take to the UK (21 days). For a Danish brand that everyone associates with efficiency and scandi user friendly approach this is a misleading/misseling online business.
We were quoted 4-6 day delivery and our order has been stuck in Poland for 10 days now!These are stocking fillers which we are really depending on.If they aren't going to be delivered before Christmas we really need a refund so something else can be sorted quickly.Always love coming into the stores so this experience is really dissapointing. Ordered on 21 November and suffered the same massive delays as everyone below. Sent a message through the website and within 3 days had a response saying they were suffering massive delays and would be automatically refunding people but to keep the goods when they arrive. Been notified that the refund has been processed and the parcel arrived today. Whilst this is too late to get some gifts where they need to be I can’t fault Tiger for how they have dealt with it. Yes it would have been better to have been warned of delays on ordering but essentially I now have a box of free stuff. Also suspect they have been affected by brexit with customs delays. That’s what you get for voting for such a stupid thing.
Same boat as everyone else! Parcel in Poland since beginning of December and doesn't look like it will get here for Christmas. My parcel was mainly little gifts for kids of friends and family as well as for my own children and now I will have to go and repurchase all the items. I have sent numerous emails and have requested refund from online support and not heard anything. My kids love popping into FT when we are shopping but we will be boycotting it from now on. Apart from when I enter the store to demand my money back I will never set foot in there again. Such a shame. My order was within the last day to order for christmas and I note that they are now quoting 6-10 days for delivery which my parcel has still exceeded.
NB. They were very good in the end, refunding me completely the day before my parcel arrived. But the lack of communication and response on the delays/ problems was still pretty poor. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No communication = zero customer service. In the same boat as everyone else, no information, no communication. I’ve emailed, tweeted, commented everywhere possible to get an answer on my parcel’s whereabouts. Sat in Poland since 6 Dec, payment taken and then nothing. Can you believe they’re still taking orders?It’ll be a nice surprise if I ever receive the goods. I’ve written off the money and package. They’re gonna have to do some serious damage control when they wake up/ catch up because the internet and socials are littered with A LOT of angry people!
I have placed my order on the 30th of November and website promised 3-5 working days shipping to my country. Guess what: my order is still in Poland two weeks after it has been shipped. This is the worst experience I’ve had with online shopping. On top of this, support is ignoring me so I don’t know what to do to get my money back now. Wish I’d read reviews here before. Never buying from them again after this experience and silent treatment from support.
I placed order 6th December. Still has not arrived had an email 15th December saying it had only just cleared customs on Germany. My order was Christmas presents which needed to be posted to London so my grandchild will not be getting them in time for Christmas. I have always bought your products from your shops and buy them because they are good value. Not sure what I am going to do now
Wish I had read these reviews before making my order last Friday 10th December. None of these are going to be here by Christmas I’m guessing- as still stuck in Poland!!! I’ve emailed customer ‘care’ but I’m guessing from other reviews I won’t get a response!
Hi!As I can see, I am not the only one really upset with the delivery service. I have ordered my Christmas presents on the 7th of December and on the 13th Skynet has attempted to deliver them in VARSAW! And I live in Spain!! I have checked my address and I wrote it correctly… Till then, I have no answer from Flying Tiger, yet (and I have sent them 3 mails). My order is still in Poland… what can I do? If I cannot get my order, I want a full refund.
