Received product promptly, but the day I received it they tried to charge my card $49 again. I contacted card company and stopped charge. One month later tried to charge my card $49 again. This time stopped by my card company and issued new card number. Next day freerange attempted to charge my new card number $49. Dont know how they did it except I was issued a virtual card number. Issued a new card number and I stopped my virtual card program. We'll see what happen in next 24 hours. Only way to find contact information is on original product order confirmation email.
Was trying to click through to the shopping cart so I could erase what I had put in there, and all of a sudden, it says I purchased 3 bottles of pills!I immediately called and cancelled my order---however, I never got the order cancellation in my email and after 8 bussiness days, I have not been refunded. I called and was cut off 2x's before talking to "Kim" who just said my refund was being "investigated." Total scam. I will now have to go to my bank and go through the process of refunding. Fun times
I fell for the 6 bottle scam and after I received confirmation I saw I was only receiving 3 bottles. I immediately replied to their email and was told they would cancel the order. They didn't. I was later told the order was shipped and I could refuse it but that didn't work. As of yet I have not received anything but I did figure out it was "subscribed" for $49.95 a month.I have been through the cancellation process but it looks like I'll have to cancel my credit card to stop this.
This website is a scam. I ordered one bottle but they charged me 6 bottles' money and $49.99 for membership without my permission! They are criminals I already filed report to police and I encourage anybody who got my experience to do the same.
Auto enroll in membership and then the link to cancel won't work. Then they play a video thats 18 minutes long that you have to watch/fast forward through to cancel. This company is shameless. As low as a company can go. I will never order from them again. They won't be around long I can assure.
Freerange company cannot deliver their products in any reasonable amount of time and stonewalls you when you ask for a cancellation and refund.I would suggest that you find a more responsible and reputable supplier for your supplements.Not a good way to do business by any standard!Disrespectfully Ray
