Review Time
Website says USA made and only takes 7 to 8 days after shipment to arrive. I have waited now 21 days only to discover my items are coming from China. When contacting support they say supply issues here in the US has caused them to ship from China. I dont buy that. Also, there advertisement emails are overwhelming. I get an email to review and like your product... but I haven't even received it.
I’m extremely disappointed with this company. Their membership practices are deceptive, and it feels like they rely on hidden or unclear recurring charges to make money rather than on providing genuine value. I was charged for a membership I did not knowingly agree to, and when I reached out for help, they refused to refund the additional charge—even though the situation was clearly an honest mistake and the service wasn’t used.Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, and there was zero effort to make things right. Any reputable company would prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction, but that was not the case here.I would strongly caution anyone considering this service to read every fine detail and watch your bank statements closely. This experience felt misleading, frustrating, and honestly unethical. I will not be returning as a customer, and I hope others avoid the same situation.
I ordered Parapurge from them and it took weeks to get in. Then I realized months later that you're automatically enrolled in the $49.99/month VIP membership upon purchase. Customer service's call dropped on me the first time I called, the same lady answered and they were able to cancel the subscription but won't refund the "membership fees"...
Freerange Supplements, ParaPurge and Purely-Nutra are selling theses supplements on line and after you give them your information they turn it into a subscription without you knowing and proceed to charge a monthly fee without your consent at $49.99. The thing is they don't send you anything and no product at all and they have done that to me for 7 months at a tune of $371.17 dollars and only was sent 1 bottle from the first order. I finally got a message from Chase Back with a fraud alert declining the 8 charge they wanted to do. So I called and they tell me it was a membership not a Subscription so they are charging everyone for nothing at all, this its a total scam and someone needs to stop these people the thing is they are using 3 different business names to charge and hide themselves. see above names being used.
Terrible service, after ordering there were like 10 sites that came up from free range trying to sell me more and it kept saying don’t leave the page so I kept clicking no I do t want anymore product for like 5 minutes before it said my order was placed.. and than 2 days later the first emails they send me is (to buy more product) no update on the shipping no tracking number just more advertising garbage!!!
