Review Time
Update: I’m now rating two stars instead of one after they allowed an exchange, but it took a lot of time. I still feel uneasy about shopping here. Originally, I was happy with my orders but had issues with customer service. They refused to let me exchange a final sale item for a different size without any explanation. After much back and forth, I was told I was past the return deadline. I’m relieved I didn’t invest more money here, as similar items are available for much less elsewhere.
I faced an issue with the hat I ordered, as it wasn’t my size. I paid to return it for a refund, but after a few weeks, it was sent back to me. Initially, I thought the company didn't want to accept it, but they explained there was a postal strike that may have caused the return. They resolved the issue by sending me the correct size free of charge. I’m pleased with their policy and would recommend them.
I wish I could give zero stars. This shop doesn't listen at all. I provided the correct sizing, yet they sent a hat that was the wrong size from Canada to the UK as a Christmas gift. It's baffling how they can mess up something so simple. I had to wait a long time for a resolution, and they expect me to pay for the return shipping, which is unreasonable. They initially offered to replace the hat but then sent me contradictory emails about it. This has been a comedy of errors.
In the past couple years I have purchased several items including leather gloves with fox trim, wool lined hats with fox pom-poms, beautiful silver fox collar to name a few items from Fur Hat World.Every item has been top quality.The warmth from the items is top notch as well.My over all experience from this company has been the best on all levels.
Ordered fur hat with ties. When I tried hat on and tied the straps, one immediately broke off, rendering hat defective & useless. Sent it back same day as received in mail; had to send photos 4times to them as proof of defective hat/broken tie strap! They didn't provide FULL REFUND & deducted for shipping - why should I be forced to lose $$ for their defective item!!! Poor customer service & taking hard earned consumer $$$ for selling defective items! Never Again!
I purchased a beaver hat which I received quickly and was extremely happy with the quality. A small issue was I ordered a large which was too small which I quickly exchanged to an XL. My interaction with customer service was outstanding and the exchange and refund all happened within 10 days. I could not ask for better service.
