Ordered my red an black rabbit fur hat on line,Got it in the mail a week later.Got a post card from Kiara, who packed my Hat.Great Hat, It’s going to keep my head warm in our Cold Alberta Winters….Sad that it wasn’t hand made in Canada….?
Ordered a Black Mouton Sheepskin Russian Ushanka Hat on the 6th of August, and it came on the 19th or 20th of September during level 4 lockdown. I had no tracking so was worried about it not arriving, but had no issues when emailing Fur Hat World about it. Package came nicely and was exactly what I wanted! Good place and I recommend it!
I have rarely been so disappointed. With FurHat´s advertisement, the customer gets the impression that it is a Canadian company (FRR emerged in 2004 in Winnipeg) with all the associations it awakes at the customer. Alike good quality, secured origin of the fur, such that it does not originate from animal farms from countries that do not respect animal rights. I would have never ordered it if I knew that it is "made in China". Every time I look t this hat (Blaze Orange B-52 rabbit) I can image how the animals were treated in China and in addition I will expect its disintegration after the first winter. The sticking do not look very solid and it already looses hair.I also bought gloves with "Made in China", and another hat that was indeed made in Canada. I will make a separate review about them.I would have like to sent the China made back, unfortunately the transportation costs are too high from Sweden.
Ordered two hats for a birthday present for twins, was given a date for arrival, yet that was a month ago and still no news, no updates, no nothing. Would someone tell me if this is a scam site, my credit card will be investigating this week, and then the EEOC.... why are they avoiding calls, wont resend, wont reimburse...why why why... think i will call someone in their government to report this company, as it seems they are stealing from americans....
I ordered two hats. The delivery date came and went. I contacted they, they said it was the mail. The package arrived in Chicago and ten days later it still hasn't left. I ask for a refunds, they ignored me.. Now i have to go to my credit card company.
I was happy to find Canadian handmade winter gear in real shearling at low manageable prices, I see too many american companies that sneak fake shearling inside and only use real trim on the outside. I am a return customer and have bought multiple gifts in rabbit fur and shearling. I ordered the wrong size had for my husband, who is XXXL, and they made a quick and easy exchange. Everything was prompt communicated well and high quality. Sheepskin is the warmest you can find in our deep winter and looks decent with fine overcoats. My husband and I look very tasteful in our sheepskin hats, and they will last a lifetime. I am glad to buy Canadian.
