Thank you so so much everyone for posting your reviews with your experiences. I do appreciate you, and we should watch for each others backs in this world of cyber criminals stealing from consumers.
I purchased on WEB ORDER # 2219487, August 4 of 2021, a Black-Star Fur Ushanka rusian fur with insignia total cost $ 69.90 regular shipment included. 3-10 business days in transit (never arrived in 60 days)Paid again $24.95 for a UPS tracking #, because there was no refund. Finally arrived on January 17 2022, but was a LINEN one not fur, customer service said there was a wrong information on the photograph
Hi i love my coat I was a little skeptical once reading reviews but I took a chance and ordered anyway very good price and great quality the same jacket I saw at a local store for $1500 is the same jacket and brand I purchased online I ordered on Saturday and received my jacket on Wednesday very fast shipping great coat
I ordered a black fur coat for a trip to a colder climate. I received the incorrect coat and was shocked at how poor the quality of the garment was. It is very clear that the products are made in China and of very low quality materials. I contacted the company, sent the incorrect item back and have still not been refunded. I was told that when the return was in transit I would be refunded. I will not be purchasing anything from them again. I would recommend that people avoid this company and spend their money elsewhere.
I read the reviews and was skeptical after I placed my order. I got next day shipping for $20. My fox fur collar was in pristine condition and is of great quality. I especially love the hidden magnets to keep it closed on the ends. I will definitely be buying again. Great experience.
I bought the Whistler Black Fox Fur Leather Trapper hat for CA $162.44 plus tax. So disappointed! The hat looks so cheap. Thin cheap leather was used and it's poorly sewn! the strap stitching started to come apart after 2 weeks and the snap button are starting to tear the leather. I wish I had got to an actual store to shop for a hat like this so i could see what i was buying. I'd never recommend this shop anyone looking for a good quality fur hat. I doubt this hat will last the winter judging by it's current state. I bought it on November 15th 2021, arrived within the week.
After sending me a hat with a HUGE bald spot on the front of it, i was told a replacement would be sent out immediately. I was told to return the hat, so i shipped it back the same day i had received it. A week later, after having heard nothing, i emailed them again inquiring. I received a response that they had received the defective hat and that a replacement was being shipped out. More time goes by and no information on replacement having been shipped. I emailed again inquiring and was told they were expecting a shipmemt soon. A disastrous storm hits our area, and i receive an email stating that they wont be able to replace the hat i ordered and returned. They offered to refund me. I accepted. They refunded be $39. I paid $54. I contacted the company by email and phone. The "customer service" rep informed me that they thought they would be getting a shipment in when i was told they were sending a replacement. Thats not ethical business practice! When i vented my frustration at having been emailed that i would be refunded less than what i had paid for a damaged product they knew was damaged when they sent it to me, i was told it would be brought up. I realize that in this day and age, people no longer care about others. Me finding that to be pathetic is irrelevant. To knowingly send damaged products to customers is negligent business practice. To sell something one does not have on hand is unacceptable. To not fully refund a customer for a companies repeated mistakes is theft. Customer Service is making it right when your company messes up. I understand that things happen. I understand that mistakes are made. Taking advantage of customers is crossing the line. Using a disater as an excuse for lying and stealing from a customer is disgusting!! Shame on FurHatWorld for losing sight of what quality business is. Maybe they have always run their business that way. They lost my business. Im certain that means nothing to them though. You would think that after everything we have ALL been through this past 2yrs, that businesses would treat those who support them would do better. But not even the bare minimum with FurHatWorld. What a shame!! Any company that operates by treating customers terribly will eventually go out of business. Its nit difficult to treat people better. Its a conscious choice to treat customers terribly.
Ordered an item to surprise my girlfriend and booked a flight to take it with me. To be on the safe side, I paid for the express delivery which promises 2-3 days. After many days later, the item never arrived and I wasted a flight and a hotel booking cuz I didn't have anything to surprise my lady with! I wrote them more than once but never received a reply. Feels like a scam and I genuinely doubt the good reviews but who knows! I do not recommend them at all in anyway!
I was very happy with my order, and the customer service was good. The day after i ordered my hat, the price dropped by 10$, I messaged them and asked them if I could get a 10$ refund because I was unlucky and bought the day before it dropped, they were happy to refund me. The hat came in today, the rabbit fur is really nice and soft. Happy customer:)
